Nice HD camera work. Just like being there...except for the bill...!
Thanks for this video, Jim. My 2004 lost its charge and now thanks to you I know where to look first.
You don’t have to change the o rings on the other end of the hoses ?
Great repairs
Fun shop game: fling one of those clips across the shop and play hide and seek the rest of the day. Better done on slow days 😂
how important is the casing? seems like it holds moisture that ended up rust rotting the accumulator.
Good video jim
Hey Jim. Just watching from KY.
I tried this. The bypass works because the clutch stayed engaged but it still didn't take on Freon and as soon as I took the jump out, it started cycling again. Maybe I didn't wait long enough but I gave the freon a good three to five minutes and it didn't make any difference.
What the point in replacing the high pressure line? Is that a filter in the line?

Hi Jim, if you do not have your charging machine, can you just pour the 2 oz. of oil into the accumulator before you connect the lines? Then vacuum and charge. Thanks Friend
did you ever find an answer for this?
@@azizshavershian2065 Sorry no
Thanks for the instructional. Truly thought brazing would be required
