We are huge fans of eating our food outside, even while travelling we’d rather share fruit on the side of the street rather than sitting down inside. During the summer months we’re also HUGE fans of cooking outside, BBQing is such a pleasure when the sun is shining and you’re having people over. Vegan food shouldn't be considered healthy: rather just natural food humans meant to eat, whereas carnivores/meat eaters are considered wards big pharma.

I really like the outdoors videos lately, so much fun to watch. The food looks delicious! I survived a lot of BBQ's on simply baguette with satay sauce. This looks so much better. Proof you can eat a lot of tasty foods when BBQing as a vegan.

@@thehappypear ok cool. We make something called “mushroom towers” at home here. Basically it’s par sautéed mushroom, a tomato slice, pesto, mashed potato piled high and topped with paprika with a splash of olive oil to brown up in the oven. I’ll make a brown gravy on occasion. The tomato slice fits in where the gills were. (I scrape them out with a spoon.). Cheers to you both and have a great weekend there. 😎
I guess charcoal grill smoke would also impart that nice smoky flavour.
