When I first saw Travis in that episode, I thought his outfit was a crossover between Hellsing and FMA.

wow, I never realized this was the first Halloween episode Ashley took part in.
And she did the best job as Henry Crabgrass.
I'm kind of sad that no one asked to pet her, and with her respond with "uh, social distancing please."

Love how Sam will make graphic tees of matt's face for regular sessions but when it comes to halloween he puts 10% effort in
Matt's mild panic at Sam's "HOLD IT!" before he realized what was doing on made me laugh way too hard
It is so amusing that Sam, the guy who goes all out for liveshows doesn't give a shit about halloween. In Matt's words "I think for our halloween episode, you just won't dress up"

@@g0lddustt29 Matt said after c1 he would never do a lvl 20 campaign again since it was such a pain in the ass. I think he wanted it to end after the tary arc or the chroma conclave arc but kept going cuz everyone was okay with it going.

Cutting to Matt in his absolutely amazing Geralt costume is me every time I show up to a costume party in a costume I cried over for weeks to perfection only for everyone else to be wearing a $5 costume they bought the morning of.
Me spending a week on my president Loki costume while everyone else just drew on some vampire teeth or smth

You can always tell whenever someone has actually made their own super high quality cosplay. If they say they made it without any shame at all, they are lying and/or joking about making it. Every true creator will always have an existential crisis when they remember the sheer amount of time and money they put into their cosplay, and that shame cannot be concealed completely.

Seeing Marisha as Celia I died laughing. All the 2020 costumes were fabulous, but I loved all the goofy little touches to her costume

I absolutely love that Matt, Laura and Travis nailed their Victor, Delilah and Silas costumes so well that the character design for the animation used them as references!

Liam was the only alive NPC in 2016 yet the only one with a dead Player Character.....
You mean Liam was the only one dressed as a NPC who's *still* alive as of 2020 (presumably). Hotis and Victor were very much alive in the story at the time of the 2016 Halloween episode, and you could also argue that the Briarwoods were as well, considering how Sylas appeared in the wedding one-shot.
2016: “Thanks, Amazon,” = angry sarcasm
2022: “Thanks, Amazon” takes a far more positive meaning.
I feel like we need another compilation for all the other occasions they dressed up.

what's great is that i'm pretty sure all of them can do a persona cosplay. the only outlier is ashley i believe. matt's been Kanji (p4) and Yusuke (p5), laura has been Rise (p4), Liam is Akihiko (p3), travis is theodore (p3p), Marisha is Margaret (p4u), Sam has been Teddy (p4g) and taliesin... well taliesin hasn't been a named character but i know he plays the replacement SIU director in p5. so if ashley can score a role in p6 and taliesin can get a named role, the group is complete

The 2016 one I find pretty ironic, considering that Liam's costume was for the only character alive in that group (excluding Victor, he is probably some bomb-lich or something xD)
I love how these costumes range from incredibly detailed to wearing a white shirt with the word zombie on it
I can't remember if they've dressed up as anyone yet but i hope they'll eventually dress up as C2 villains like they did around the 4:00 mark in C1. Granted besides Avantika & maybe Obann i can't think of any really iconic villains of C2 right now, lol.
