Laura loves to fuck with Travis. They told a story about how Travis was talking to a young fan, a little girl, about Critical Role, and after the girl walked away, Travis turned to Laura who put on the most serious and concerned look and said "Babe, who were you talking to..?" just to fuck with him. It's incredible.

@@Luscitrys I think the best haunted house would be one that's absolutely silent, except for the occasional little noise, and almost pitch black, except for little glimpses of someone running by. The basement in Ocean House from the Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines video game was the best mix of atmosphere, tension, and little jump scare moments (without being the annoying FNAF in your face jumpscares). Something like that in real life would be great.

It's a straightaway so it isn't immediately obvious that by getting them running AND having a larger person there, it acts as a bodyguard for the little girl playing the final spectre.

I wasn't aware that Travis was the CEO, I honestly thought Marisha was, given how many videos have been her explaining that nature of Critical Role as an organization, or doing office tours, ad campaigns, etc.
SyniStar616 Marisha is head of content creation for the twitch channel, so she definitely is the face of channel (along with Matt). Travis is head of the organization itself, so he is much more behind the scenes boss

I greatly enjoyed watching Travis be scared, but also a BIG thank you to Travis Willingham for being willing to do that and allowing it to be filmed!!! It can be difficult and intimidating to allow yourself to be vulnerable like that, especially to a public audience. So I personally really appreciate that he was willing to do that for us Critters. ❤️ I also really appreciate that they let us see his friends and family revel in his terror as well 😂.

Actually, I really think the idea of someone pleasantly waiting in the middle of a haunted house is a really neat idea. You give the player some safe haven, give them time to contemplate having to go back into the spooks rather than just ploughing through as fast as possible, and you also give the crew a chance to get ahead of the player again.
Should have strapped a heart rate monitor to him.
That is a good idea and should definitly implemented for the kickstarter for Season 2!

well tbf this was the "hidden" 10 million $$ donation incentive for their animated series, so he was kinda obligated to do it when they hit the goal
Just watching them on a weekly basis makes me think how much any one of them would do for literally anyone. They're all amazing people, truly the best community to be a part of.
@@DrackenSlayer Not as much "hidden" as "non-contractual". They said if Travis was solidly refusing they wouldn't force him to do it, and wrote it down on promotional material once he agreed. Thankfully for us (And for the rest of the cast, but mostly Sam and Taliesin XD) he agreed :p

That wasn't Taliesin that hit the wall, they have a different outfit. That was one of the regular haunted house staff.

It wasn't brought up so much last campaign, but this campaign Matt is definitely enjoying making Travis squirm.
Eh... I feel like he did about as well as most people would going through a place like that. But I also suspect knowing that he knew some of the people there made him somewhat less freaked out.
