Scott Hall was behind a lot of good ideas back in the day. He pitched the Crow gimmick to Sting. He pitched his own Razor gimmick to Vince. He made 1-2-3 into a name. The dude had his finger on the pulse back then and had a hell of a sense for what would work.
People underestimate Scott because he always underplays himself.

ABOUT THE HART CONTRACT: So, Hart was offered about 1mill a year for 10 years from WCW, because of this Vince Signed Hart to 20 years 20 Million dollars. heavily front ended, agreement was he would wrestle a few more years and then go into more of an ambassador type roll. Several months into the contract Vince told Hart he wouldn't be able to honor it and granted Hart permission to Negotiate with WCW again where he was able to get around 2mill or 2.5mill for 5 years. At one stage Vince was going to negotiate on behalf of Hart for his wcw contract. Rest is history.

I was always under the impression Bret asked vince if he could match wcw's offer and when vince said no he left.
#5 is also the moment Shane Douglass permanently handicapped his career. No one was going to put their gold around the waist of someone who figuratively shat on another promotion's gold, let alone one as distinguished as the NWA. In a way, he was a scapegoat for Heyman's machinations, a sacrifice. He'd end up working at Wal-Mart, which is a shame because he had tons of potential. He could've been one of the all-time greats.
who would you even book to give an 8 year run though the only couple of people i could see it happening for are Styles but he would be pushing on in years towards the end and reigns which would be a terrible idea.

yes the released wrestling society x on dvd the whole season since there was only one season lol... and sean was great in it... so was Seth Rollins as Tyler Black.... you guys have to get it...lots if wrestlers you will recognise.... check this match out... teddy heart and his partner in a tag team exploding cage match lol.... i actually liked it but it was hard having a 30 min. wrestling show... If you guys cant find it anywhere you can have mine...let me know....

Cool list. Free Birds were the most over in WCCW at the time thus why They were over enough to be written in. he turning of them on the Von Eric's was shocking enough to make it that over. Was like in the 90s when people beat the Rock and that was enough to get them heel heat. As for the "screw job" if he left with out dropping the title it would have made the WWE title look weak. Sorry to Bret, but it had to be done. Again cool list. Yeah the finger poke of doom was a fail. the match could have worked if done differently, but as it happened and Mick getting the WWE title had already set forth WCWS doom.
