Hey, I love your videos! I am here asking how did you make it so illagers didn't shoot you?
I've never played Bedrock, and last time I played Pocket Edition was 2012. I guess as long as the game has the /team command, it can still work without mods.
All you really need to do is run a few /team commands like this:
/team add (team name)
/team join (team name) (Your Name)
/team join (team name) @e[type=#raiders]
The awesome thing about /team is it gives you the ability to turn off Friendly Fire. Pillagers will often accidentally shoot one another. To stop this, just do /team modify (team name) friendlyFire false
"#raiders" is an entity tag that includes all Illager mobs. Except Vexes. If you want to add ALL Illager mobs, I would add each individual mob at a time. Or, to make it simple, just do #raiders, and make a new command specifically for the Vexes.
If you do decide to do each mob individually, just replace "#raiders" with each mob until you are satisfied: i.e. "minecraft:pillager" "minecraft:vindicator" "minecraft:evoker" "minecraft:vex" so on.
However, in order to get teams to fight one another, you have to have a mod for that. Unless they already don't like each other, they'll leave each other alone. The Mob Battle Mod(www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/mob-battle-mod) makes it to where if a mob is in a different team, they'll now attack them. If you add all Skeletons to a team like "Bones" and zombies to a team called "Flesh", Zombies and Skeletons will fight each other. I actually have a video on my channel about this(czcams.com/video/lWH7Cxay42s/video.html) I made this in Version 1.16, but it does work up to 1.19.4.
This doesn't work with all mobs, Sheep and Pigs won't start fighting one another just because they are on different teams. Unfortunately, Villagers won't run from enemy teams on their own. However, adding sheep to teams that do have mobs who fight back will make them a target to enemy teams. This is also something you can see in effect at timestamp0:50 in the "How to Get Mobs to Fight other Mobs" video.
If you want these teams to apply on spawn so you don't have to run these commands every time, place an Always Active Repeating command blocks at the center of the world(Where you first spawned when the world was new) and the command will work Worldwide. No matter how far you go, the teams will work. Fun fact, this actually works will all commands. Say you wanted all mobs' names to be shown, even with no custom name given, just do the same with the team command, but put this instead:
/execute as @e[type=!player] at @s run data merge entity {CustomNameVisible:1b}
Any mob under a team name will never attack one another. This includes mobs that are already enemies with each other. If you really wanted to, you could make Illagers and Villagers live in harmony. This can be useful in Post-War settings, like in 3:46. The Illagers have already won the war and have taken the Villager population as prisoners.
Because I have them under the same /team, even thought the Illagers are able to see the Villagers they won't attack them.
This can lead to several cool ideas, like making Iron Golems fight for Illagers, and Ravagers fight for Illagers. Zombies a Villager's friend, Wolfs and Skeletons working together, or even a third party team that fights both sides, like Piglins. Add them to a third team, and they'll fight both Illagers and Villagers. The possibilities are endless!

They are trapped in the nether, unless illagers expand towards the nether piglins will become irrelevent, however if they do piglins can either be an ally that provides intel about the nether or a serious guerilla fighter group that uses the harsh terrain and the illagers lack of insight to the nether to their advantage.

CustomNPCs, I made the textures myself. Most of them, not the Guard Villagers all by myself.

What a tragic day for my retirement. I haven’t given up. I have organized a retreat from a mountaintop village and retreated the villagers to a far away fort.
Reinforcements added to the fort. Nearby outpost has been taken. Not a trace of illagers we’re left behind.
Hopefully not a former village. Remember, we know exactly where all Villagers live. We once lived in your villages. ;)

The war is over. The Villagers have lost their leader, and now they're hopeless. The Iron Golems, Snow Golems and Shulkers have all been extinct. 90% of the Villager people have all been either killed or imprisoned.
The remaining Villagers dwell in caves, hostile environments or millions of blocks away from the now Illager Superpower Nation.
Until grox came to help the remaining by giving them machine guns

The Illagers were never corrupt. The Villagers resisted further development on what defines the society they live in. The Illagers wanted more, and the Villagers exiled them to the wilderness to die.
Then once the Illagers rose up and became a force to be reckoned with, Stapo tried to kill them off.

I apologize for being so vague about it, but what the Evoker in the end is suppose to represent is the peace and solace the Illager race fought for has finally come to fruition.
Most Illagers who lived through the great exile died before they got to return to their original homes in the villages. The hatred is finally resolved.
