  • First time this lovely German lock has been picked on camera as far as I know. The Ankerslot Infinity K is beautifully made and has a small magnetic element on the key which interacts with a magnetic pin in a blind chamber in the core. Beautiful engineering and I would put this on my front door without hesitation.

A great explanation Michael, it just doesn't look like much with those two pin's but that magnetic element makes it trickier. ✌😎

    A very interesting lock.🤔🤔
All of the Anker locks I have encountered have that nasty style keyway on them 🙄😈😈

Seems to be a few lock manufacturers out there using magnetic elements in there locks.

Good work mate! I saw one of these for the first time a couple of weeks ago. They reckon that the magnet there can be in one of 4 places, but judging by the video here, those four places are always going to be near the face of the lock, right?

Another great pick mate. Did you strip lock to suss it out before your first picking attempt?

That was some really stout tension on that lock, was that because the warding was robbing a lot of the feedback?

Very nice pick! I think Ankerslot ist a Company based in the Netherlands. I have round about 10 of these Locks and they are really nice. Also very nice Tolerances and Quality in general. Till now i was unable to pick them, maybe i give them another try now ;-) Do you know about the Anker/Ankerslot 3800? Maybe you should give that a try too, but that´s a completly different story. I´ve not even tried to pick that one^^

I've gave mr Gorila a Anker 3800. So I'm expecting it to be picked very soon :)
