    Nothing like ripping heel hooks on guys who have to work 9-5 Monday to Friday

    For an ADCC guy I was expecting a more relaxed yet complete control, my guy was breaking sweats with these regulars đŸ€”

    If you go to a tournament where you know 99% of the competitors are 9-5 journeyman and worse than you, that's sandbagging - that's weak.

      He's competing in the Elite Division. If you're a hobbyist/journeyman, why bother going to a competition in the first place?

      Sadly that's a lot of people's entire game in grappling nowadays. Why not just be so dominant at hitting arm bars and triangle jokes every matc

      @tedclark7860 why would you bother with arm bars and triangles when leg locks are often more efficient and effective?

    • @tedclark7860
      @tedclark7860 Pƙed 2 měsĂci +1

      @@enrapturedgoose5317 because he's busy beating people with leg locks that came from more traditional jiu-jitsu schools where their defenses aren't as good. Triangles and armbars are more effective than leg locks in a fight whether it's MMA, or fights.

      @enrapturedgoose5317 Pƙed 2 měsĂci +1

      @tedclark7860 more traditional schools needs to do a better job preparing their students for the sport then if the students are going to compete. And he can use armbars and triangles then we he does fight on the street on in mma
