How To Make Folding Drill Bit Storage in a Drawer

If you saw my video from a couple weeks ago where I made my Drill press stand it is time to start and make some organization inside. we are going to make a drill bit/ spade bit storage that is removable but at the same time folds up right to see what your looking at then folds down to allow the drawer to close.

Pretty good idea. Cpl things from an old-timer (me). Some day you’ll regret gluing the end block in the drawer. Ask me how I know that lol...Also instead of trying for uniform layout I’ve gone to making more holes at much closer spacing - maybe 2 rows but no more than 1/2” apart for spade bits and router bits. You won’t use all the holes but it’ll accommodate a much wider variety of bits. Finally are those steel toed slides 😂? I used to wear those too - until the day I dropped a razor sharp 2” timber slick on my foot. Severed a tendon which required surgery, months of healing, and my big toe is now both permanently numb and stiff. Stay safe Mr Ox.

thanks for watching and for the comment. I didn't space them that close bc they would hit and not be able to fit because the paddle on the large ones would be too wide. I plan on putting my router bit in another place.
