- Building up my new Mountain Bike from the frame up. Most of the components came off my other bike to help keep the cost down. However, this is just the start of my dream build. But so far I'm absolutely loving my new bike from Intense Cycles. It's the 2021 Intense Primer 275 which is their trail category bike.

It was! But I switched to the sniper trail haha. I wanted to do more long distance rides/races

how would you describe the 275 Primer? is it trail balance or more leaning to descend? Cheers Dad=)
Its pretty well balanced. It Decends better than my old tracer that had more travel. It climbs way better. Its really going to be depend how you spec it out. Tires especially will make a huge difference. I literally just swapped to running a fast rolling rear tire from a aggressive one and bike became so much faster up and down. 🤘👍
@@MTBRadDad I feel because I am from the Prairie I need to convert it to a more XC-oriented bike(XC tires?). I am debating with Sniper T and the 275. my Issue with the Sniper T is the upgradability or converting it to more trail-oriented.
@@MTBRadDad I'm from the Prairie so as much as possible I want it to pedal well on flats, need to set up the bike to more XC-oriented. Cheers!
I had a chance to ride my buddy’s intense sniper , that thing is fast , might be more suited for your trails? That or the trail version
