That pen actually will save lives if a car is on fire and the door can’t be opened. You cant throw a brick at it as it wont break. A spark plug is the best but that pen is insane

Pull out the headrest and use the metal prongs to break the glass
a brick will breake a car window. it's not supper effective but it can be done. what you also can do is take that brick and drag a few scratches in the window then throwing it. best tool i have found is a tire iron. yeah a tire iron for som reason works best. like even bashing with a crow bar is not as effective as one of those X tire irons with 4 diffrent sizes. (i know because i have stolen a car or two in my days)
if the car goes underwater you cant open the door, so you'll have to break the window open. this pen is a good way to do that
The pen is actually genius, police have to write a lot of the time and it doubles as a tool to break a window in an e/r situation where sometimes their batons won't do the trick (they were too busy shitting on it to hear that it was designed for police)

@@kaeri1853 means the same thing... the police aren't going to collaborate with a company for a product designed solely for the civilian market. They collaborate maybe providing funds to help develop an item that can help them out, and because it's designed for LEOs civilians can get use out of it as well.

It can mostly cause injury and can deter attackers, but it’s pretty uncommon for a person to die from a .22 bullet, though it has happened. I think it mostly depends on the speed and mass of the bullet, as well as where you’re firing it, and other factors.

Everything is illegal in the UK if you're carrying for self defence. You can carry a screwdriver for work, but if you tell the cops that you're carrying it to defend yourself that makes it an offensive weapon and it becomes illegal.

Cheap guns I think cost around 200-500 dollars, average/normal guns cost around 500-1100, and high-quality guns cost around 1200 or more, I believe.
Since I am an instrumentalist, it works the same way, if your cello is below the 1000s, it’s a very cheap and low-quality instrument.

most deaths in our country are caused by .22LR (or 22mag) it will work just fine if your shot placement is good. I do wish they had a 9mm version though, or at minimum .380 acp

Simon probably has a good point when he said you would get beaten up in the time it happens. One singular .22LR round doesn’t have enough stopping power. I would assume someone would keep one in the chamber for self defense but the reload would be annoying.
It really is funny how people think it's truly like tv shows and movies. People don't just go down automatically in one shot. Especially if you don't have the right round. My dad always made that clear to me. It can take more than one shot to bring a person down. Adrenaline is one hell of a drug. It's not just bam and done. This ain't the movies, loves.

Yeah they have big ego's, they forget about all the acid attacks and knife crimes. But I'm just a dumb American who owns multiple vehicles and a house with actual acreage and other multiple properties. Also have great health insurance, and it didn't even take me to get as rich as them to accomplish that, I also have a blue collar job. They do travel far more than me though.
