    Great video - thank you!
    One question: Could we use the nozzle from the original ink bottles on top of the Eco Ink to fill the tanks to save making a funnel (like you did in the original video), or is there something that stops this working on the new Epson model? Thanks!

    • @ElectrumTV
      @ElectrumTV  Před 2 lety +2

      I think some people have managed to do that. For me getting that cap off of the original bottle was tricky and it had to be cleaned, so I opted to just make a funnel, it's pretty easy and likely less messy.

    Hey Rob! I wanted to ask a question about getting my hands on a printer, I think in buying Epson EcoTank ET-M1120 with the Electrum ECO Stencils Printer Ink. How can I preserve the Ink without drying inside the tank? And also for the paper I will go with InkJet Stencil Paper 500 units, will that combo work out well? Great video, keep it up!

    • @ElectrumTV
      @ElectrumTV  Před 11 měsíci

      You need to run a print once every day or two days to keep fresh ink on the heads. If you let it sit too long it will dry and then you'll need to go through the process of cleaning or flushing the heads. That's with the standard printers like the M1120. If you want to avoid that, get a sublimation style printer like the SureColor F170 or similar. Just be sure it's bluetooth capable or you'll have to print from the Epson app and it has limitations.

      That being said, what method of transfer are you using? Be sure the skin is super clean and free of oils, use hand sanitizer or alcohol if you don't have Electrum Prep on hand. Then be sure you're using a good transfer solution. Are you using our product or another? If ours, are you using the green or the white?
