EASY RICE CAKE RECIPE

Similar to the Nigerian Masa but this recipe uses Coconut and you know when there is Coconut in it, Count me in twice.
Soak your rice for at least 4hour to 24hours so it is easy to blend in your blender.
My son's @theojotwins loved it, so i will definetely be making it again.
