The Mclaren P1 was first then other manufacturers cars then the Speedtail. Ferrari were third in producing a hybrid the Laferrari which is thrashed by the P1! Mclaren are King.

The McLaren Speedtail is very distinctive, especially the three seats and the center steering wheel, which is unparalleled

This car even though it looks cool and but i wouldn't considered it a successor of the F1 ..F1 had big N/A V12 ..manual transmission..was lighter and smaller.the only related to the F1 is the middle sit ..i'd say the GMA T50 is the F1's successor

I was gonna tell you I forgot the car people when you’re driving if you look up in the sky slightly over the horizon and then watch your peripheral you’re gonna laugh when you see the clouds go shooting past you towards the horizon and turn around and come back out of your car and it’s gonna remind you of when you were a child you never went anywhere
Literally we used to sit in the car just like those games that they used to have outside the grocery stores and the kids put a quarter in and they stand there and bump up and down on the silly horse or in a car or whatever it was trying to hint at us y’all don’t go anywhere
But you’re going to start to remember a little bit when you watch those clouds shoot past you out of your peripheral and come back underneath you at the same rate
The car used to bump around and we still look out the window wondering what are they looking at we’re not going anywhere the cars bumping around and stuff but the whole world moves around you so what are they looking outside for???? And then when I stop they pull you out of the car and you’re going I don’t understand this we didn’t go anywhere and they’re acting like we’re in a different place??? It changed all the scenery because you saw it roll around you like a treadmill you’re on the inside the treadmills on the outside and so you really scratch your head until they convince you here it comes

Nope, the McLaren is significantly faster 0-186mph than the Tesla. And it also goes around corners much better.

Not sayin it s a bad car but calling it the spiritual successor of mclaren f1 shows lack of knowledge and understanding!.....ok,it s got the name the central driving position and even induction noise and it is trying to be really fast....but mclaren f1, arguably the greatest sport supercar in history, was based on quite a different philosophy....Gordon Murray, one of the greatest Formula one engineer and the spiritual father of mclaren F1 would have a good laugh at this ignorant
opinion....He has just started production of GMA T50....that is the true successor of mclaren F1...i urge everybody who has not heart about it to go and watch documents about gma t 50 and original mclaren f1 and learn what makes a machine such a legend.....it is def not things like golden coated tools and colour changing roof ( Murray would never ever allow such silly things on his car).... it s not even top speed or 2000 hp under bonnet...
