I made this dress for my granddaughter and niece, I used 4.0 mm crochet hook, 100% cotton worsted weight yarn but I used the technique you used to make the chain and compared it to your chart of numbers and it worked so well. I can't wait to make more of your beautiful designs. I'm sharing your videos with everyone.

I have a DK Light No 3 yarn that's a little thinner than another 1 I have. They revommend a 4mm hook but that size hook doesn't work well with it for me at all, so if I can use the yarn, I'm thinking of using for a more close tighter stitch, a 3.5mm and for a more drapey look, a 5mm. By the way, the yarn is called, Yarn Art Adore. Thanks for your tutorials and for being such a good teacher. 👍🏾👏🏾

Yes!!! When you make something in a square shape or rectangle and not turn your work , you will end up with an uneven neckline, it is hard to notice in the beginning, but once your yoke gets bigger and you connect it is very very noticeable, you would end up with 1 corner much lower and one higher in front and the same in the back, hard to explain it words , but hopefully it makes sense to you

Hi Simona! I wanted to try this is aran weight yarn for an 18-24 month but the starting chain of 82 goes waaaay longer than the head circumference. Do you have charts with lower figures?
Love this, I just can't make anything like this as my tension is so bad, I have to change hook sizes if it's a 4mm I have to go to about a 2.5mm, just wish my fingers worked

Maybe you should try the hat first? It is the same stitch used and you will be able to see how your stitches are going, it is a much smaller project if you will end up frogging it.. besides ithat hat matches the dress

I did the counting and the closest number of chains is 52. So you would have 5 v-stitches for front and back and 3 v-stitches for each shoulder and then I for each corner

I will work with DK definitely, tunic is a great idea, this dress was meant to be a loose top , but I changed my mind and made it into a dress

Creating and counting the stitches is a hard process, I use a formula that is quite difficult and the formula can change depending on the stitch used
