Thanks so much..I am guilty trying to avoid milk..or dairy products. ...have allergies and I am lactose intolerant. I try to eat yogurt alternative. ...almond milk. Called silk "". Silk..problem each serving has 15 get if sugar...I sometimes eat 3 of this 8 oz silk that each ,8 oz contains 15 GR of sugar. I am concerned. Do u have any thoughts on my dilemma ??
