There's this BS sales technique where someone goes on a CZcams comment and randomly out of nowhere with no context to no relation to anything being said around it starts talking about how f*cking awesome some product is and then someone else immediately chimes in and says oh yeah that's great I've tried it it's so amazing so awesome it's some BullSh¡t and I'm not f*cking down with it. If I find out that's what's going on here... I'll be reporting it.
@Bikechanic I've ridden with fixations myself for years they'r not the most comfortable but they are the most durable. I'm not asking for a vid for my own benefit. It was partly to help the CZcamsr and partly to help his audience.
I actually like stiff straps. One thing I cant stand is when the strap hole closes and you end up wiggling your foot trying to get the strap back open and it doesnt work. I do like straps like the Holdfast ones where one of the straps is angled it makes it so much easier to get a tight fit. I always spend a lot of time trying to get the fit just right, and then end up wearing different shoes and the angled strap help a lot.
I used YNOT straps for 4 years. Black w I-D stamps on them and thay are solid! Weathered many times. I need to get them resoed now though, but if i did thay would last 4 years more

I've been riding YNOT straps for quite a few years. I cycle year round including in the Maritime winters! They stand up extremely well and haven't let me down yet.
Also, little trick to sizing straps...put your shoe on the pedal and get the sizing that way, rather than trying to guess the sizing that you need.
