I have happy tears after hearing your story. I am a cardiac nurse practitioner retiring early at 62 and retiring in May . The ‘care ‘ in healthcare is no longer there . The stress has caused a few heath issues . I would love to meet you and be involved in what you do or something similar. I prayed to God and thanked him for your healing .

I am so happy for Peggy that by the Grace of God her illness is gone. I was down the end of January and was visiting the Las Tablas area. I will be back in late March/April to purchase land for a homestead. Will hope to meet with the two of you when I get settled in as I am in very interested in the work Peggy is involved in.
I found myself cheering and rejoicing over Peggy’s testimony and healing. Thank you Jackie for being willing to share this message of hope with us.

The province of Herrera is very beautiful and the city of Chitre is so historic and so calm 😍
Chitre was consider the best city in Panama to live some years ago in a study made by Gorgas Intitute for some reasons, low crime, access to all the public services, good hospitals, schools, etc.

I grew up in Denver at 421 S Pen & 466 S Gilpin. Now I live in Eckert, CO but want to spend the rest of my days there in Panama.

Should I do a Jackie Lane tour? I think that is what it is but I'm not familiar with that.
What place would you suggest where it doesn't rain much and is pretty much same say 72-80 degrees year round not way up in the hills/mountains maybe closer to the beach?
Also, I hate to get rid of my belongings and furniture unless its not worth shipping and I could buy new furniture for the same price of shipping my household belongings? I have business equipment too as I want to keep doing my business making candles and I have a large embroidery machines (total of 3 sewing/embroidery and big cutting table on wheels and other tables for my work) in hopes of selling my goods online there and sell in town on weekends or something. I want to hopefully buy a house and I am over 60 and qualify to get permanent residency I believe.

Jackie's Tours give you a good idea of all the different areas of Panama. Moving go a country is different then taking a 2 week vzcation. Most people advise living for a year before decidkng the area to live. Let God direct you.
Perhaps consider the online guide which explains visa options and how to work there. Your current business sounds like it not work bc you’re competing with Panamanian workers?

Great video. We are a family of four living near Malaga, Spain. Our children enjoy school here and speak Spanish which will help them go to school in Panama. I think it would be easy for them to make new friends at a local school in Panama. We are looking for a small town like Chitre to rent a house, but since we have never been to Panama it would be better to go on vacation first. I'm 67 so I need to be sure it will be the right choice for all of us🙂.

I’m so touched by this and so happy for her. What a powerful story. What a blessing. Wonderful couple. I’m a federal employee who will retire with federal health insurance benefits. Would love to know more about the insurance the gentleman mentioned since he’s a federal retiree and was able to select this insurance option. I had heard about federal health insurance for people who worked on Panama Canal but thought it was only for those people and not other federal retirees.
