  • Panama is blessed to have diverse climates. You can live at the beach, but in less than an hour, you can be in the mountains or vice versa. So picking the best place to live in Panama is a personal choice.
    Daytime temperatures at the coast are 90F (+/- 5) or 32C. For every 1000-foot increase in elevation, the temperature drops 4 degrees. So, you can literally pick your ideal temperature.
    In this video, Larie talks about how she determined the best place to live in Panama.

    Is the electricity SUPER expensive like in Panama City? 🇵🇦 Is it the IRHE that provides electricity still in Panama, or are there private companies? 🤔 $1,200 rent per month for that 2 bdrm apt with that view is VERY cheap. 👍 Love how laid back you are and how you handled your car being rear-ended, foot surgery, and the burgarly. • @scat4me
      @scat4me Před 29 dny +1

      @@TheMaryDoll Yes, that is why I asked the question. Still waiting for an answer. Between HOA and Condo fees, you can never accurately budget for the next year. My condo in Miami went from $300.00 a month to over $800.00 a month and that DOES NOT include insurance. With Condos you don't own the building. You only owned from the drywall in. But you still have to pay outrageous condo fees and are at the mercy of the board.

      To live in Panama you need to get a visa. The most popular visa is the Pensionado Visa, for retirees. To qualify, you need $1000 per month in lifetime income, like Social Security or pension from a job. When you get this visa, you get a lot of discounts too. Is it possible to live without the inside electric fan ? By that I mean will the inside furniture automatically get moist due to humidity by absence of electric fan, or are there other ways to prevent that upper humidity ? I actually don't like inside artificial winds at all and prefer to use a manual fabrics fan.
