1 Whole Orange ( Skin & All ) - 1 cup Caster Sugar - 1 & 1/2 cups S R Flour - 180 g Melted butter - 3 Eggs
Icing 2 1/2 cups icing sugar - 2 TB spoons Melted Butter - Juice & Zest of an Orange

Just popped one in the oven. Not keen on oranges so used a lemon, .fingers crossed it’s good. Made scones this morning and not very good. Think the dough was too wet.🎉😢loved your recipe. Thank you so much.
