Great video and great result. Wonderfully presented. Deserving of many more views/likes. The lemon drizzle cake seems to get all the attention here in the UK, but it's time for the orange cake to step into the limelight. Many thanks for the recipe. I'll be making this for my wife and kids very soon. Greetings from Scotland. 👍 (PS. Would've been nice to have the recipe in grams, but Google will sort me out. 😄)

I tried the link to the full recipe, but it gave an error sign and said the site have expired or something like that. I'll follow along with you giving the ingredients and will plan on making this soon. I think I'll make it as traditional to Italy as possible and use Blood Oranges as that is where they were originally cultivated, and I really like them. Thanks for the recipe and I enjoyed watching your gestures as you prepared this delightful looking cake.

Your question adds in my mind a funny story : My nephew gave his friends from the dormitory food and pickles. One of them liked the pickles very much and asked where he got them from. He replied, "These are Geta's products." There are "Grandma's Products" in our stores, so he thought he'd find those pickles, and he asked in a few stores, but the answer was, "We don't sell that." A few days later, he asked my nephew where he bought the pickles from "Geta's Products." Laughing, my nephew replied, "Geta is my mother."
The same could have happened with oranges: she received them from her friend, Catherine.🤣🤣🤣

The classic recipe of Sicily calls for a mix of AP flour and Almond flour. You mentioned almond flour in the video, but why did you not use it here? If I use a mix, can I expect the cake to come out as soft and airy? Thank you.
