I have a small bldc motor wired in a y configuration and I have the N channel mosfets I just need 10k ohm resistors, 4.7 k ohm resistors, 100k variable resistor / potentiometer and diodes.

This 3 phase bldc motor controllers using IRFZ44N or IRF3205 transistors are overpowered ones which can easily spin high watt bldc motor smoothly without heating up compared to pre programmed esc . But the only problem is that it cannot run the motor at same direction every time
