If you put a splash of vinegar (I do red wine vinegar), in the boiling water when you do boiled eggs, you can peal shell super easily!

hey weylie, eggs that are hard to peel are actually usually because they're fresher than other eggs when fully cooked! :)The older the egg is, the easier they are to peel

I usually find that after you boil the egg, to soak it in a ice bath so it shrinks the protein in the egg from the shell, and it’s easier to peel 🥲 that’s my personal remedy!!

Thank you! Most of the plates and bowls used are from Our Place! The metal strainer is from Muji :) The big round bowl for tempura was from my local Japanese market.

Whenever I get a bruise, my mom always used a boiled egg to rub the bruise. This is because there is a silver coin (or something of that sort) inside the boiled egg, which sucks all the bruised blood into the silver.
