  • Meet the Moto Guzzi V9 Bobber: Italian pedigree and good ol’ rock’n’roll.
Spring is nature’s way to say Let’s ride! and we took the latest addition to the Moto Guzzi retro lineup up some twisty roads in a picturesque city in the Carpathians.

Really enjoy the reviews you do however i would like to challenge one point, i find the steering very easy and light, the whole bike feels light to be honest. Its a joy to ride around town and through traffic. I cannot tell the front tyre is bigger than 'normal' from riding it, at all. So just to add some balance. I own a V9 BTW.

"The exhaust sounds like heaven because it's a Moto Guzzi." So true!

Really good review. I have a 2016 V9 Bobber. It’s a fantastic bike to ride and it looks great. You’re right about the pegs though! And also, the stand is hard to get to as it’s under the exhaust.

Your reviews are getting better all the time. That's a great looking bike (one day when I'm rich) and I loved the smile on your face when you cranked the throttle. Do they also make one with a smaller front tire?

Good honest review! Nice bike. But I wish they made a V9 stone. Cheers!

It seems they will. They make 85hp 850cc engine for adventure bike. In 1-2 years they will combine v7, v9 mix with 85 hp engine...

I enjoyed the review. Would you prefer the Roamer to the Bobber?

THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS MAKING A BOBBER???? ARE YOU CRAZY? THAT'S A GREAT BIKE WHICH IS WAY BETTER THAN IT'S COMPETITION!

I even went to IKEA to buy curtains...🤣 Are you in Romania? Actually what you said about the pegs when walking the bike back is really interesting to know..good catch! I think the details make the bike look cheap

Mitch Clyman Which details? I have a Bobber. It doesn’t look cheap...!

I rode the V7 III yesterday, to small for me but loved the engine and shifting . Going to see Bobber today...I'm not crazy about the checkered paint job...that's what I meant. No insult I actually love the bike

What no review mentions is that terrible tank with its sharp sides right at your knees. I have talked to numerous people who have ridden the V9 and they all hate the tank, but no "professional" reviews mention that. The fuel tank on the V9 is a major problem, there's no way I can ride this bike over 30 minutes due to knew pain. I would love a V9 with the V7 tank. I imagine Moto Guzzi won't sell many V9 due to this flaw alone.

    • @bastrix69
      @bastrix69 Před 5 lety +1

Moto Rider 473 but you do not constantly rest your knees on that tank while riding, right? I haven’t ridden one but it seems a bit odd that it would cause pain in your knees... just saying ... 🤷🏻‍♂️

Look up through Google- "Fitting the V7 Tank & Seat to a V9". This nearly doubles your fuel range.

I have one and this issue never even came to my mind. don't see how you would touch the tank.

I love touching the tank. To clean and rub it. What a ridiculous remark

What isn't very cool at all is TRYING to look cool by dressing "accordingly" and using stupid 70's helmets which aren't very safa at all. The bike is cool....PERIOD!!! STOP TRYING TO MAKE A STUPID IMAGE OUT OF A GREAT RIDE!
