- Three mountain bikers from Colorado attempt a multi-day circumnavigation of the Huayhuash range of the Peruvian Andes with nothing but their bikes, gear, cameras and friendship.

This is what mountain bike is about, or should be about. What a great story about three friends.
I grow weary of seeing endless videos of 20 year old kids doing insane downhill jumps and tricks on mountain bikes, no matter how skilled they may be. This video was real mountain biking. Great job guys.
I enjoy clips like this - SO much more than watching big freeride jumps, backflips and tailwhips. THIS is a true adventure - a tough, but rewarding experience...

I couldn't describe how beautiful this video was. 7 days emmersing yourself in a foreign territory discovering yourself and the wonderful nature around you makes this experience the best video I've seen in months!
And we thought our Cordillera Blanca adventures were intense!

In 10:54 the guy said: "Te voy a pasar huevo, no te preocupes" wich means "I will rub you egg, don't be afraid". In Perú, there is this ritual when people rub chicken eggs to childs who are scare, they think they could put appart the fear into the egg. As they live far from cities, they should take care of themselfs. I think that is why they have guns, in case they are in danger in their trips. Maybe shooting in the air is something that they do to encourage themself or maybe it was because they were drinking, i'm not sure of that. However, i'm very sure that if they were bad people, they would stole your cameras or your bags, no doubt about it. That part of Perú is really calm, but i could understand why you freaked out; even for peruvians that is not comun. Maybe as you could not communicate with them, you couldn't understand what they were doing. They like to see foirgeins people and fool around, even they took photos of you. I'm sorry that instead of give you courage, they freaked you out. But sure, that is a great story to tell to anyone :D! jaja

You guys, I've done some trekks around South America including the cordillera Huay yuash. The trek had some of the steepest and exhausting climbs ive seen. The fact that you did it with bikes and full gear blows my mind. YOU GUYS ARE EPIC!!!!!

If I knew you were here I have would liked to joined you. I am from Costa Rica but I got married with a Peruvian girl and I live in Peru for the past 8 years. Very cool video. I wish you could have put more footage in but I know it's hard to spend time shooting when you're busy having an adventure and living life to it's fullest. A couple of seriously sketchy moments there, but otherwise it wouldn't have been a true adventure. Great work gentlemen.
