catching up on videos, love them xx
Love these... definitely something I will be making x love from Ireland
I knew I had seen you use keys with sari on your journals, but didn't know how you fastened them. This was perfect! Thank you. I've made 4- 4x6 Prima paper "journals", to house individually packaged die cuts on each page, for a swap. So, after they take those out, they'll have a multi page shabby journal to reuse.!
I worked along with you and am quite pleased at my efforts. Finished this am.
This is fabulous Wendy! TFS!

This is a really great share Wendy. I did something similar with my older Christmas cards and they turned out really nice. Love the cards you chose. Hope you have a great weekend.
So beautiful. I always get so anxious though when I see sewing as I dont have a sewing machine anymore and everything always looks so perfect and finished when sewn.
Love the booklet. Love the images.

Love it. Thanks for showing how to make these cute booklets x
My gosh Wendy those are beautiful! TFS!
Love this Wendy! Especially the key closure!
So beautiful! Thank you for doing this tutorial, I’m so excited to make one. God Bless!
One idea is to use Postcards.. I used them because they are fairly uniform in size and thicker gsm. I used old book pages to back the postcards, and used vellum to make small pockets throughout. It was a lot faster when I figured out to place all postcards on one 8.5 x 11 book page and cut them out all at once.
I love everything about this right down to the key. Thank you for sharing
Love these tri-fold booklets Wendy. Great to see the master of the house too. Hugs xxx
Oh, my, what a neat idea! Thanks so much for sharing!!!

@Pierce Lennox try flixzone. You can find it by googling =)
@Pierce Lennox I would suggest Flixzone. You can find it by googling =)
Great tutorial TFS 😍 x
Hi Wendy & LEO
Had a crappy day. This was what I needed 😊 Hi Leo ❤
Hi Wendy, these booklets are fantastic! I don't have botanical pages, perhaps something from one of Tim HOltz's paperpads are nice to use , thank you for sharing.
Beautiful
Love these Wendy great tutorial as per usual ❤❤❤ Regards Susanna 😊
Love them Hugs Bonnie
Love these Wendy! Thinking I will use vintage Christmas cards instead of botanical pages. I have noticed, however, that Christmas cards vary quite a bit in size and it is not easy to find three cards exactly the same size. Guess I'll have to do some snipping and finagling to make it work. TFS the inspiration, Wendy!
you could also print vintage images from online, if they are large enough too..... or even post cards.......there are so many options to use this as a template!
Absolutely gorgeous! Where do you get those beautiful botanical pages?
Fantastic video and fun to watch! Thank You! Do you have a recommendation for a sewing machine? I’ve never sewn but I’d like to try it. I’ve seen several people use it on their journals
I was wondering where do you get all those beautiful books with all the lovely pictures of flowers and botanical themes, I love them. But I never see any at any of my thrift store's, wondering where I should look. Thank you. Love the books.
Thank you for sharing - love this! What is the glue you are using?
Hi Wendy, is this the same video as the one three days ago, mixed media share? As that one says there was a problem loading? Love this idea, can't wait to make one.
Great as a "stand alone" project or an embellishment/add on. Sorry about the power outage. TFS!
Beautyful is the Word 😍😍😍love it.
What was the name of the book 🙂😍
Hi Wendy. Did you happen to catch the name of that book? It's beautiful. I tend to frequent a lot of thrift shops and look for the herb books in the aromatherapy/cooking sections to find lovely illustrations! And the garden books!
Naomi Lovrecic I believe it was called the Concise Guide to Herbs...so sorry I cannot find the cover...I will keep looking ❤️
I'm wanting to go to a local indoor flea market and search through the books now!
That's ok! Thanks anyway! I'll keep my eye out for it!
Jessica it's worth a look. I went to two thrift stores in a different suburb today and found a Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady for $1 as well as a number of other beautiful old books for $2 each!
Hi Wendy! this is really beautiful and inspiring...! could you tell me the name of the book you use to make this? thank you so much!
These are super cute. Would you maybe do a video for me and I’m sure some others would also be interested, about your sewing machine. I’m asking for a sewing machine for Christmas and have no clue what to ask for or what qualities I may want. I will be using it mostly for paper crafting and journal things. I am a little overwhelmed looking at all the choices and want something with some fun stitches but again I know nothing. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Maybe some tips of what you like that yours does and or what you wish it had. Idk. I feel a little like I’m either going to really mess this one up or I can ask experts like you for a little guidance. There are many many reviews of sewing machines out there but not any that I’m finding for our strange use of sewing paper. Thanks
I hope you can find the answer because I'm in the same delimia, I want a sewing machine but don't know which one to get , going to use it mainly for paper crafting as well, but don't want to spend a lot of money either but it just depends...good luck to us both. Happy crafting.
Really cute!! Where do you get your "sorry" silk?...is that what it's called?
Thank you! So pretty......and the Herbal book is?
Deborah Baxter I can’t find the cover...and it’s not listed on the page...I think it’s the Concise Guide to Herbs...I will keep looking ❤️
I love this!! Thank you so much!
What a nice interpretation. Lovely project.
Do you have a tutorial or class for your lapbooks?
Wendy Those are so beautiful, I love them
Wendy, you didn't put the name of the book you got the images from in the above notes; can you tell me the name of it???
