I just love this idea to use envelopes. I think you should start calling yourself "Queen of Envelopes" as you have so many great ideas for using them! I'm going to try this with a window envelope for the back/large envelope so the image inside will peek through the envelope! Thank you so much for this wonderful idea.

Dear Wendy- I watch you endlessly. Sat at my desk, wiggled my fingers and began to make these along WITH you- unfortunately one of my envelopes ended upside down. All I could do was laugh. I may have to watch and try 27 times to get it right- but I WILL succeed! 😂 Thank you

Envelopes will never be safe worldwide now! I spot envelopes everywhere trying to hide... But I grab them and put them in my art stash while I wait for you to your videos.... My mom wonders what in the world I am doing! She's got dementia and Alzheimer sadly so I sit with her a lot and she watched crafting... She used to make cards so I get to invade her stash too!!! I have flower, tree, butterfly and bird books everywhere awaiting being disected for future use as I follow along with you! Thanks for being so creative, and for sharing your ideas..

Hi, Wendy -- Well, I've gone "flipping" crazy !! I was at the Dollar Store after Christmas to get paper clips and the envelopes were right there, so I thought -- it's a buck, let's give it a try -- I did my first one last night, and boy, was it fun !! Thanks to you and Leo for such a great tutorial. When my one cat hears your voice, she always comes and sits by me to watch the video and gets all happy when she sees handsome Leo ! (She knocks all the stuff off my desk, too, and rearranges things to her liking !) Tell him he's got a couple fans in Richmond, VA USA !!

Thank you for sharing yet another fun idea for envelopes Wendy, these are lovely! I could even see adding a few folded coffee dyed papers inside the flip using a pamphlet stitch. the Envelope flip would become it's own unique journal. you always inspire, and i love your baskets of ready to go pieces. hope more sunny weather is in your forecast 🌞

I made this and I am sooo thrilled! It came out great Wendy!! You could tie it shut with a seam binding ribbon and gift it!! Even fits in a TN size journal nicely ...Great ideas from a Great Artist!!

Really nice flip envelope pocket, can't wait to try it. I enjoyed your video, and wouldn't worry about the inking part. There are just as many, if not more of us that truly love inking. There is one lady that I enjoy her projects, but she doesn't ink at all. I catch my self yelling, "Ink, ink it, no, no it's not finished". 😆😆😆 As a fellow inker I had to subscribe, thank you for sharing.
I really did enjoy this video. In fact I made an "flip envelope" as a gift for a pregnant coworker (following your instructions). I added a lace pocket to hold a gift card and a sheet of self stick corner picture holders so that she can add her baby pictures. Thanks so much for this great idea!!

I love watching your inking. And creating your lovely journal pockets. I normal make cards but I have subscribed to your channel. Because I love your creative ways and you have inspired me. Not great on cats though but I am out done as everyone else love animals on your channel but Leo is a pretty cat. .
