Run a VGA monitor using Arduino | Arduino gaming console

- In this project I have generated a VGA video signal using only Arduino and without using any Libraries. It tricks the monitor to think its in 640x480 @60Hz mode and outputs a 40x30 video.

I've been wanting to do this for awhile but all the other videos have used some outdated library or complex assembly language routine...yours seems like the I am going to use. It's easy to follow and the code is all in one file.

How can I make the HSYNC timer output its pulse on a different pin?
Read the datasheet u can output the timer only on 2 pins i guess either d10 or d9

There was just a simple camera slide footage with stabilization and a text layer with glow effect, boundaries animated and a zoom out effect. It was all done using after effects. U can search for neon text tutorials on yt.

Hey, would it be possible to not use resistors to drive the VGA? Will it cause damage or would that be okay?
Modern vga monitors should be fine but im not sure. I didn't use resistors either but do this at your own risk
