- The most highly requested build we have had is finally happening! The Yamaha Banshee 350 Trike using our Yz250 Trike kit and Frame /chassis mods.
In this video i take you back a handful of months showing you clips we have collected… as we cut / weld/ grind on this yamaha yz250 frame. I then rebuild it with some chromoly tube and make it a complete frame again- now set up for the yamaha banshee power plant.
In this video we make this build a roller installing our custom trike conversion parts such as billet triples - with invert forks … and modern swing-arm using race quad parts. I also dive into some cad drawing showing you guys how we go from idea- to drawing - to reality.
Stay tuned and be sure to subscribe… follow along with us from start to finish + test ride.

The Banshee is in the same class as the CR500 ....TIMELESS STUFF
💪🏼
Any Over-Powered Trike will always get my attention ! I am a Honda guy myself, but shout out to Yamaha for still offering 2 Stroke MX'ers .
Yamaha knows what is up w/ the 2 strokes
Definitely need to name it Tri-Shee
I approve this message
I like it
That thing is so sweet 😋! You guy's killed it!...from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 🤠
Awesome stuff. Watching the build is like therapy. Very Cool Project! Name suggestion:
Triple Double
This banshee trike is awesome! I hope you give her a healthy hp engine build
Cheetah 🐆 4 mil or something similar would be awesome
Love the in depth look at how you design and machine all the individual "bits and bobs" that are required to make a custom build happen! Very exciting for this banshee build, being a banshee owner I have a feeling it will really rip!
Pretty awesome to see part of the design process. Would love to see more of that in the videos!
Like all the behind-the-scenes stuff like a build series
Can't wait to see you finish banchee trike
Welcome back! Banshee trike is gonna be so cool!
Love seeing all the details
This is going to be my favorite build.
That is gonna be one badass and powerful trike! 👍🏻👍🏻
I like the CNC mixed in with build content. You’re doing swaps people dream of so being able to see problem solving is interesting. Plus you get to show off BVC parts. I was on it this week I have a 350x frame I want to do a trx450r swap on.
The behind the scenes stuff is awesome. The amount of math and detail that goes into just making a motor mount spacer is awesome. Love the builds!!!
so fire to see how yall machine your own stuff thats a dream job no lie 🔥
The trike Yamaha SHOULD have made/designed...from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 🤠
Yes!
Work of art.... Tri-Shee...
Gonna be Nastyyyyy... 👍👍👍
Love all the behind the scenes stuff, help understand how its really done.
that trike is dope as hell
Vids are great, love seeing the Whole process!!!
Thank you!!! You guys should see me running around with the tri pod 🤣 i am trying to get the content filmed. Still leaving out most of my day
I hope it the coolest trike you guys built also I’m a banshee guy can’t wait to see it done
Wow, first video I watch on your channel and I'm digging this !! Subscribed I love these kind of videos (custom drawing, machining/watercutting. assembling) awesome!!
Wow… thats awesome!
Wow such a killer build. Definitely 1 of a kind. Its gonna eat the ass of a 250r
🤣💪🏼
My two favorite things put together the Banshee and the ATC or I should say the Tri-z. Would love to take that to Pismo and decimate all.
Back in the day I had the 250R my buddy had the tri-z 250 and another buddy had the tecate 3 wish I had a picture of all three of us still those were the baddest bikes ever bro
Welcome back!
Best trike build yet!! Love it
Thank you
Love the color scheme. Takes me back to when I was a young boy in the 80’s looking at the new machines at the dealer. I’m curious to see how it will look with the pipes on it.
👍🏼🇺🇸
Looking good!
There a BWSHEE on CZcams as well. Both these ideas are amazing
Videos keep getting better! Great content. Love the yellow plastic. Very nice.👍🏻
Thanks man! Appreciate the feedback
Love seeing everything that goes into the fabrication. Can you film how you shave the front caliper for this build?
All I can say is awesome 1st time watching your channel. Keep up the good work. Had a 350X biggest mistake of my life selling it.
More Yamahas!!!
I want to Win this Trike!!
Tri-Shee 🤔 or the Yellow Jacket , because they're Yellow and Black and have a Mean Ass bite , just like a well but and tuned Banshee 😁 Bro I Really Enjoyed this video!!!! Cannot WAIT to See it Rip!!!! 👍👏💯
@Contact me 👉BVCOFFROAD on Telegram Oh cool , ok I'll have to install Telegram and then I'll get ahold of you. 👍 Thankyou 😊
Damn dude you could make this into an hour long show showing all aspects from design to build and I’d be here watching & eagerly awaiting the next episode .
Im glad u guys like it! I had 70 min of footage and clipped it down to this
@@BVCOFFROAD
70mim !! Edit in a few fake arguments maybe some unrealistic deadlines which of course are reached and you’ve got yourself a Discovery Channel show 😂, but seriously bikes & trikes are awesome and seeing the process that goes into making them is a joy to watch.
I need one like that with my 700 raptor engine on it. That’s gonna be sick.
Torque monster beast mode trike with a raptor 700 in it
I can see the intake being a challenge with two carbs and the central shock. With the reservoir it looks like you'll have to route the air intake around the one side. Keep up the fabrication segments, they're interesting. I just wish I had access to all the machines you do.
We are doing a 2 into 1 intake to eliminate all or those issues. It took me 16 yrs in business to collect all of these machines… it sure beats how i started out all by hand!
Would really bring it together with banshee rear fenders and a banshee seat
You guys are truly amazing. Quality that can literally be measured with a micrometer. I've always wanted to take a 200x chassis, build a newer cr125 motor with an Athena 140 big bore kit and somehow make a midsize two stroke sport trike. So many more bitchin things are possible.
Thanks man… lined that sprocket up by eye maybe im just lucky 🤣😅 after a few hundred it becomes normal routine
@@BVCOFFROAD that's because you have a god given gift of an "eyecrometer" LOL
i just did something similar. I got a buddy's dads 85 tri z that was sitting for 25 years. he took the top end off to rebuild it and never touched it again. it sat in a run down equipment barn. the bottom end is rusted solid. but I threw a 2001 yz250 engine in it and brought it back to life. New tires, plastics, seat cover and a custom hinge system to flip the fenders back to kick start it. she's a ripper and I didn't modify anything on the tri z side to keep it as original as possible. eventually I wanna swap a 450 swing arm on.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Where can I get one of those dominator axles dude ? I’m building a trike and I like the look of that 👍
I'd love to have a pile of those metal shavings/sludge to make some knifes 🔪. But I'd have to be hardenable steel...from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 🤠
Do you make knives?
@@BVCOFFROAD in the past I've made knives for hunting and as gifts for friend's and loved one's. But I became disabled in 2003 in a workplace injury, and that really put the chibosh on many former hobbies that I enjoyed. But making a Damascus blade/pattern welded blade with your scraps might lQQk SUPER cool! I don't have a forge or anvil anymore but putting something together wouldn't be too hard. I'm just not sure I can physically 😕 do it. I've been dicking around putting a handle on the last bowie knife I ever made [2002] for my cousin for a couple year's now...lol everytime I find all the part's and start working on it, life and problems pop up and it gets put on the back burner again. All that's left to do on my cousins blade is a final polishing, attaching the scales and shaping the handle, and inseting the quarters in the handle. A Wyoming quarter on one side, and a NY quarter on the other. Then covering the coins in epoxy and finishing the handle. The wood 🪵 I'm using for the handle is locally sourced and CRAZY hard so it should be nice when finished.
The last time I was working on it my youngest son was just diagnosed with testicular cancer at only 23yrs old. So right now getting him fixed and healthy are our priorities. The specialist said that the most recent study [2020] has shown that the ages of 15-35 are the most affected by this type of cancer. So teach the young men in your family to correctly check, and to check often for abnormalities. I know that the subject change is weird but I'm a little raw about this subject especially because my son had been seeing a local Dr for 1.5yrs about this issue, and the only reason his cancer was found/discovered was because he went to the ER on a Wednesday evening 9pm ish. We drove him 150miles to the specialist/surgeon in the city on Thursday morning, and he had surgery on Friday morning to remove his left testicle and plumbing for the testicle. Now the oncologist is doing blood work to see if his cancer markers in his blood are numerically lower than beforehand, but my son has found another lump since his surgery, so we must see what's going on with that.
Back to the knife talk: it would make a cool video 📹 series to watch you guys make a little forge [very easy] and make some blade's. All you need for the anvil is a chunk or railroad iron, and the forge just use a piece if pipe lined with rockwool and some fireproof bricks to block off the ends to keep the heat in. Making a canoe to forge the blade in is easily done, don't forget to spray paint the insides to make removing the can [canoe] WAY easier to remove. Then forging the shape on the railroad piece is a matter of heat, beat, repeat! Forge thick, grind thin, to help reduce cracking. And you can temper it at home in your house oven. This would make a great addition for content, go from start to finished by only talking to people and watching video's, with no professional help....from Wyoming USA 🇺🇲🤠
Yamaha should have used these engines in a X-country dirtbike or Big Wheel also...from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 🤠
Another channel on CZcams made a BWSHEE. It’s pretty sick
@@shaynedonnelly374 what's the name? I'd watch that!...from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 🤠

l love your channel & what you do.
What tig filler wire & gas are you using? Thanks
Argon for tig and filler depends on material. What are you welding? If you want sign up at BVChub.com we can start a fab forum discussing all of that stuff
Bro can you guys do a reverse trike? Take a quad and throw a bikes swingarm on
Name it Banthree !
Banshee rear fenders???

Would be cool.. Comes down to the seat working with the tank and the YFZ one is the best for this chassis.

Funny u say that Drew and i actually talked about fixturing it so that we can do future ones… then customers can order the whole deal and slap their motors into it
@@BVCOFFROAD id bet that your getting a least 3 or 4 request.
What are you guys doing with the yfz 450r
The orange one?
@@BVCOFFROAD yah I’m curious you’ve had it for a year or two
