  • A blend of Arts, creativity and intelligences can be seen in this performance(s). Anggalang & Maggunatip is a dance of warriors of the Murut Tribe from Sabah. The warriors are also known as The Headhunters of Sabah. In the olden days, this dance was performed to welcome the warriors from battle, but nowadays it is perform in events, festivals and other social occasions. this performance was performed by The Creative Arts (Selangor) at The PWTC, Kuala Lumpur.
    This performance was choreographed by Mr. Wasli Kadir, Mrs. Henny Haryani, & Mr. Awang Sabri, Supported by Mr. Mohd Hardiyanto & Mr.Mushalim Mushadi. (cotinued on Part 2)

    Dancers, u all did a very good job & make me rly proud of my ethnic 'Murut'. Keep up the good work. For your information 'Murut Warrior Dance' has been well known around the world. Let me repeat: "Well known around the world"! Because of these, Sabah been recognise in the world map instead of Malaysia. I am very proud & CONGRATULATIONS! Nvr give up! It is something that we can proud off. Agree?! God bless upon all.
