- I loved the Air Venturi Avenger since the first time I shot it! I've bought many since, so you can imagine how excited I was to shoot the new Avenge X range! All you need to know:
This new Avenge X range is incredible!
0:00 - 2:00 Unboxing
2:00 - 20:25 Bulshit, bullshit
18:14 - 19:30 Mistakes were made - Use the filling probe!
20:26 - 28:00 Performance
28:00 - 29:31 16-shot mag dump grouping
Here's my review of the New Air Venturi Avenge X: (X1 BW and X1 AT) • Air Venturi Avenge X (...
In summary:
It's freeking awesome! Watch my 16-shot mag dump at 40m at 28 minutes. I wasn't trying or giving the regulator time to reset, and I did it over and over again!
Which is better with the number of shots per fill:
It would have to be the bottle; it has more volume.
The bottle is 380cc at 250bar
The tube is 210cc at 300bar
So, let’s say the regulator is set at 110bar:
Bottle: 250-110 = 140*.38 = 145 Shots per fill
Vs
Tube: 300-110 = 190*.28 = 110 Shots per fill
Highlights:
150 regulated shots on the 250-bar bottle
Beautiful stock
Insanely Accurate
Love the 16-shot High Cap Mag
The settings are almost perfect out of the box!
The MOA deficit no longer exists!
Lowlights:
WTF were they thinking with the hammer spring adjustment on the tactical? It's a complete shitshow!
The bottle version's filling probe is mere ballhairs away from the barrel. - Check This before you leave the shop -This is fixed by the probe supplied with the rifle.
Tip:
Use high, extra high-scope rings to clear the High Cap magazine!

Great review, Subscribed your channel. Good insights!
Thanks so much, appreciate the feedback!
Excellent review💯
Thanks so much!
😢great review brother.
Amazing
grr8 review .. I have avenger .177 version, I think I'm going to upgrade to bottle version because I fill my pcp with pump (don't have compressor nor scuba) therefore don't wana doit every so often .. I can go hunting without worry about running out of air.
Great review, Wynand! Ek wou eers die Tactical stock gekoop het, maar ek wil nie sukkel om adjustments te maak nie, ek het toe besluit op die classic woodstock en ek is nie n dag spuit nie. Lekker review my maat. Ek het subscribe.
Moerse dankie vir die kind words!!!
Great.
Thanks for taking the time to test this hunting air rifle. I really want one of these now. With that said, I need some help. I have a Nova Liberty 22 cal that leaks around the regulator, i disassembled the rigle and realized that the valve inside the block has a bend on it. Almost as if it was dropped pre assembly and just put in the block. I am hoping you guys can help me acquire a replacement valve. If you can help or not, i appreciate your time. And keep these videos coming
Absolutely!
May I ask where you’re based? It seems like you’d have to take it to an air rifle smith or distributor.
@badgerairsport I'm based in the U.S. I normally work on my own rifles. I tried getting the parts from the company who was distributing these rifles, but they stopped stocking them and would not provide parts. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated
@@airgunnerlee4202 Hi, I’ve reached out to my local distributor:
Pellet-Guns.com -
Hi we have, a main valve we can sell you to install. The number you can contact is +27 83 768 4359
I have an AVA original. I labeled the gauges with nail varnish on day one.
Hi I just saw you used the jts pellets, but when I used the 18gr jts it feels bigger or more difficult to clise the cocking handle than when I used the 18 jsb not sure if am imagining it
It is not replacing the Avenger like you said, it is add-on to the Air Venturi range.
Nova Vista is the name as out of the factory, Air Venturi is the American market name.
2 bar or 200 bar?
Ordered the Classic woodstock tube version. It's my first PCP rifle im buying. Hope I will be satisfied.
I bet you, you'll love it!!!
Shout if you need any help! Remember to clean the barrel the first time!
Why does the tank look metal rather carbon fiber? The USA bottles are different than the one you showed.
Nice review! but can it not took at the gate of toilet?
high magazine .maybe for hunting (usa style?)go in the woods and have more shot's before reloading?i am just thinking.
Hi, so the tube at 300BAR will be better for power as it will keep the regulator longer in the green? As the 250bar tank wont be able to get the reg up to 3000psi or jyst for like 2 shots🙈then you will be of the reg if my math is correct 😂. Do you know if the old plenum that was under the leviathan will still work in one of these new ones?
Hi, I can officially confirm that your math is incorrect 😂! 3000psi is 200bar so you can still run the 25gr on the 250bar bottle but only have 47shots…
@@badgerairsport thanks for the scientific response 😜🤣🤣🤣47 shots is still plenty 👌
The tube has 210 cc's at 300 BAR. The bottle is 360cc's at 250 BAR.
Tube is 210 cc. Bottle is 400 cc
@@badgerairsportcan we get a video of the 47 shot with those settings. Kinda hard to believe with such a small 210cc cylinder
Which one is better in your opinion BOTTLE version or a cylinder version for shot counts and higher energy

@@badgerairsport when reg is set for slugs at 200 bar
How many shots we can get from bottle and tube
I don’t know much about filling in case of shot counts divisions
what is the difference in 250 bar fill and 300 bar fill, shot count or velocity.
Hi, velocity is controlled by the regulator and hammer spring so the cylinder size makes no difference. I’ll test the number of shots on the 300bar today - Unfortunately I tuned it for 25gr…
@@badgerairsport yes that will be great to know how many shot per fill for 300 bar and 250 bar.

Im in south africa gauteng too! Looking to get one for reviews ans content also Where can i pick one up? 🔥💪 And how doesn one contact you?
Hi there i have .22 synthetic bottle and you made a major mistake. There is 2 filling ports. Look next to your fill pressure gauge there is a hole were you stick the filling probe in that you got in the box. Second medium hawke rings will also clear the high capacity mag.
Thanks Darius! I’ll check out the probe fill. On the rings, I’ve sold and mounted many scopes on these and medium won’t work, in many cases high doesn’t work depending on where your eye relieve is in relation to the scopes adjustment.
Thx, i have the synthetic bottle and i am using the Hawke Match Mount 2 Piece Weaver 25mm Medium and it gives me a 5mm clearance above high capacity, having said that you are right that it might work on my version and my scope and not all will work like that yhx for the review @@badgerairsport
@@dariuspienaar4167Hi! The scope will clear if you use a 1’ scope or your eye relieve allows you to have the tube over the mag (but one simply do not put a child on a race horse for the best outcome 😜), other than that it won’t work. Also, on the tactical you explicitly need extra high rings because of the flat stock in relation to your scope.
Thanks so much for the tip on the probe!
Can't you remove the butt stock to get to the hammer spring adjustment?
Hi, there are two little screws just underneath the piece left open for the hammer spring adjustment, just to give you false hope... nope, that little gap is specifically for the adjustment...
U can make a tool that makes it easier to adjust, use a 1/4" gear wrench and a cut off the Allen head to the shortest possible length. Then u can insert into the gear wrench with a little gorilla tape or epoxy holding it on. Great video.
You never unscrewed the tank for us I see some grubscrews just there at the fill nipple
Fair, I’ll definitely record that over the weekend.
Where did you learn to talk
Why did your mother decide to keep you?
