Ok ok hear me out-
We know this is all a hallucination as Isaac dies in the chest, suffocating.
Mom and Mom’s Heart likely don’t have any significance other than being part of the story he made up, one where his mom wants to kill him. Chances are he’s paranoid because he read the story about Abraham and his son Isaac.
Isaac(the boss) might represent him fighting off his rational thoughts. The boss is the smart part of him trying to tell him to get the hell out of that box, and that his mom doesn’t hate him. But he’s too far gone and thinks it’s just another monster.
It Lives is Isaac as a fetus, as to what it represents, maybe guilt at him not obeying what he thinks his mom wants? Maybe he’s mentally beating himself up for not being a good enough son that he thinks she wants to sacrifice him, and so he beats himself up in the world in his mind?
Blue Baby is just him once again denying reality as he dies.
Satan is likely there as at this point Isaac believes he has sinned and is trying to destroy Satan, so that there’s nobody to accuse him of doing so
The Lamb might be him trying to prove that despite what he thinks he’s done wrong, that he can still be a good guy, maybe by beating up a major force of evil?
Mega Satan is just Satan but on steroids. He’s trying to beat him as a way of fighting off his survival instincts or other things he’d view as sins
Hush represents Isaac dying. Look at its face, its shape, it looks like it’s having trouble breathing. It’s so primitive looking because the need for oxygen is one of the most primitive things about a human
Ultra Greed represents, well, greed. Not much to say there
Delirium is him having a mental breakdown and the hallucinations finally pulling him in irreversibly as he dies from a lack of oxygen
I think most of Isaac players already know that theory
Delirium is the light at the end of the tunnel. It's similar to what you said, but it's a literal representation Isaac's life flashing before his eyes right before he passes away.

Isaac (boss) could kind of represent Isaac's soul or some part of him being released from his twisted inner mind. Watch how as you kill him, he looks progressively happier. Then, you go to the chest and see Isaac in reality, dying there.
Couple of other notes: Hush isn't Isaac dying, but is Isaac fighting the fact that he *will* die, as Edmund said
The Lamb is also a name for Jesus used in the book of Revelations, so it might represent some dark form of Jesus

Man, after you know that Delirium’s animation represents Isacc literally gasping for air as he suffocates, taking his final breaths as he enters a state of insanity and delusion...really hits hard. Its one of the darkest bosses in the game

(Mega Satan has his first phase and then his bone Phase, Hush Starts as Hush baby before showing his true form, The Lamb’s New phase at 50% HP, and Regular Satan using the Devil Deal Statue and the Devil Goat stomping, and Ultra Greedier if you play on Greedier Mode)
The Rest have one Phase
Delirium, Mom, Mom’s Heart/It Lives, Ultra Greed (If you fight it on Greedy Mode)

After doing enough damage no more monsters will be spawned and the blood bullet pattern change and more aggressive. Hush's second phase, Mega satan's first phase and Delirium can be looked at in the same way. Even greed gets faster and more aggressive
Selnathorn Tho Its not a physical Addition to the boss, they get Angrier the less health have been taken. Hush I said, Has two Phases, the Hush Baby Troll Phase and his Actual phase. So did I say for Mega Satan, And For Greedier, it’s just him angrier before his first phase is beaten, before he becomes a Golden form of himself, And For Mom’s Heart/It Lives, True but it’s not any changes to the physical appearance to the actual boss, just the attacks, but not considered as a phase. As For Delirium, that’s Just a different set, Just because he can morph does not mean he has to go throughout a Crazy Series of situations. Like do you fight Delirium twice if it’s bar of Health is down? No, it just dies after Changing the boss rooms. Point is, they have to be a physical Change to the boss itself, along with another hp bar fill/sustainability. not the attacks or as Delirium who can shift, although has no Secondary boss hp bar.

Well at least Mega Satan is Counted as a Boss, he does have Two Phases, Summons Goonies (The Horsemen, the 7 Deadly Sins, And the Fallen Angel Selves of Gabriel And Archangel Uriel) Tries to make himself seem to crush you as you fight a giant Version of himself. And at the end you can choose to end your Run too (I do it if I just want to play the Rebirth Experience of finishing a run)
How about Satan,Mega Satan and it lives,I mean,it lives can spawn bosses from previous chapters and that is most likely what a final boss does

Actually, me too! I beat Satan while simultaneously getting Transensdence. I had Tammy's Head and Brimstone which probably explains why I took the risk of going down another level instead of ending the run.
If you beat mom's heart, even if you dont end the run, it still counts as obtaining the ending and killing mom

The Phase 2 is more shorter than the first one. In the first phase, Mega Satan has 3000HP, and also you have to defeat waves of enemies, AND he protects himself sometimes with him's hands, but in Phase 2 Mega Satan has 2000HP and only attacks you, and he don't have hands in that phase, but him's attacks becomes a little harder

nobody important the noose represents suicide, because greed/ultra greed is essentially the combined force of all Isaac's sins (that he believes he had committed, but he never really did anything wrong) telling Isaac to give up, to give into his so-called sins. Which he does, and from that day forward he was known as the keeper...

@@mist4488 with the forgotten than is my favorite character is very hard cuz you cant mele delirium without being hitted and the soul is chained to the skeleton and cant run if he teleports nearby and you cant use the skeleton as a shield because enemy tears move in diferent directions
