So, after playing smash at my locals for the last few weeks, i've been having some big debates in my mind on learning a new character. As much as I love playing as Lucario and as fun as he is, I just don't have the time or resources to sink everything into a single character to remain consistent when there are other games that have my attention and other things in life to worry about.
After a memey bracket held at my last weekly I immediately clicked with a new character that I hadn't given much thought to previously and felt inspired to give him a serious try to see how far they can be taken, whether it be for a few months or even a few weeks!
I thought that it would be a good idea to document my journey with the new character on a weekly basis. I think it'll be fun to see my progress with them and i'm sure that these videos could be useful to those brand new to smash/fgc's! Even if it's just from the perspective of one mid level player in an unknown area of the world haha.
I'll still be making Lucario content in the future so there's no need to worry about that. There are not many channels here which are making educational content on Lucario to the degree of quality that I do and you can definitely expect to see more from me still.
I hope you'll enjoy this new little journey with me, and I look forward to see where things lead!

Hiya guys! Just leaving this pinned comment here!
Firstly, apologies for the noise of the gamecube controller sounds during the practicing sections of this vid! I hadn't realised that this would be the case until it was admittedly too late. With how much they peaked this also meant that the audio of my voice became more quiet than usual due to this. i'll take care to make sure this doesn't repeat!
Otherwise, i'll still be making videos on Lucario in the future too. There aren't many videos which cover Lucario concepts in the way that I do and I understand this. I still love and appreciate the character and this doesn't mean that i'm dropping him so to speak. It's more that i've discovered another character that i'm enjoying and I want to personally take this as far as I can :)

Great video! I look forward to future updates! One thing that might make using z drop banana out of shield easier is basically doing same input as buffered nair OoS. (Just press jump and attack together)

Oh! You can just press jump and A together like nair and it works like pressing grab when doing it out of shield? That's actually crazy haha!
Thanks for letting me know, that'll make life much easier :)
