I’m not sure if he’s calling plays on either offense or defense, but as a Head Coach, he seems to have the players playing for each other. I think THAT is the job a HC is responsible for. Have the right OC and DC and hold everyone accountable from player 1-53 on the roster. The HC doesn’t need to be a play caller, he needs to manage the play callers AND the players, that’s it…

Raiders defense played their tails off no question. At the same time, KC offense is simply bad bad bad bad. You watch that first quarter and it showed offensively they were not ready to play. And it's been the theme all year long. I'm not a Raider fan, but I am so glad they punched the Chiefs right in the mouth. Chiefs are eating humble pie and they need to eat more of it. They've been cocky, arrogant, and full of themselves. And why is it the chiefs aren't holding their receivers accountable? That is something Eric B. brought to the team. So undisciplined on offense and it has shown. My applause to that Raider defense and if Mark Davis has a brain and gives Antonio Pierce that long term deal, the Raiders are gonna be a major force.

I won't take away the pick 6 b/c that was a great play. The fumble was on the Chiefs for even calling that. Like the Raiders did nothing to influence the outcome of that play.

He was on a juggernaut offense the majority of his career and people talk like it was all him.
