Schade dass diese Sportart in keinem Fitnessstudio in München angeboten wird. Vom Ablauf her ist es an Fitness-Trampolin angelehnt mit dem Vorteil dass man mehr Raum hat für die Moves. Ich muss den Damen gratulieren, sie haben ein super Rhythmusgefühl dass es Einen einfach mitreissen muß.Da könnten sich die Fitness-Trampolin Trainerinnen in dem Studio ( Aj's München ) wo ich trainiere eine Scheibe abschneiden. Wenn ich dort wohnen würde wäre ich sofort Mitglied. Alle Daumen hoch!

Good for you Bethany. Once you learn the individual moves, it’s easier to put the dances together. Kind of like learning a language
