Stunning and so happy to see what I’ve got planned for myself. I don’t sell anything but I love all my old falling apart cookbooks that I’m going to shooge up for me to enjoy. Great ideas! I’m definately going to keep my canning lid boxes from now on!
These junk journals are so special! And what a wonderful piece of art to leave your children as something to pass down from one generation to another. It would be a family heirloom that would be treasured for years to come! You have inspired me to make one for my recipes so long after I am gone my loved ones can not only have the recipes, but also to leave such a beautiful handmade journal to pass them on in is a double gift! Your journals are a work of art!
I just got to enjoy this video. The Recipe journals are so wonderful. I made up and printed "Our Families Recipe Book" for my family as gifts with everyone submitting their specialties to be bound into the books a few years ago. Thank you Gail. The masking paper comes in 9 inch and 12 inch wide rolls at Lowe's Home Improvement stores in both olive green and kraft colors. Usually, it's on the aisle where they sell Elmers and Gorilla glues. :-)
