Thank you for letting me know. I had look at family history and I will watch the videos. I am always gathering family history and people giving me things. I have photos when my grandparents worked in logging camps in Algonquin Park which is a famous park in Ontario Canada. I live 30 minutes from the park.
My folks grew up in the same area too. No more orange groves, I remember them too.
I still can remember the smell of the orange blossoms and well as the oranges! It's funny that you can remember a scent🍊🧡🍊
I love this journal so much, gonna go back and watch this series today!!❤❤ love the story you shared.
Thanks, Candice! 🥰

Good morning Rita. This journal is absolutely beautiful! Such a beautiful treasure!❤🫶🏽❤️🥰❤️🦋…
Thank you so much 🤗
Stunning!! Ty for sharing this story too :)
You are so welcome! 💖
This was such a fun journal! The story was the best. I grew up in California. We lived in LaVerne until I was 18, then moved to Orange County. I lived in TX for a number of years and now I’m in Oklahoma, just a stones throw from Moore lol This was really fun to listen to and see.
One of my sons lives in LaVern and I am from Fullerton, Yorba Linda area then here in North Georgia. My brother was stationed at Fort Lawton and then lived in Moore, now in Mustang! Even a smaller world🤗
@@ritajensen8311 WOW!!! It’s almost crazy we haven’t crossed paths. When I first moved to the OC from LaVerne with my Mom we were in Placentia and when I got married I moved a mile away to Fullerton ☺️ Now in Yukon! So interesting the more I learn! 💜 Idk how long your son had lived in LaVerne, but I do miss the orange groves there. I still remember them tearing them down and moving a historic home. Thanx for bringing back memories!
Love it
Thank you, Susie💖🌼💖
