Rice 4 and 1/2 cups (Great Value Long Grain Enriched Rice)
Half Onion
4 or 5 Tbsp Yogurt
2 Tsp Yeast
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
Sugar
And some Water

How many cups of uncooked rice please??and is the yoghurt unsweetened or sweetened?? What does it add to the sinasir please?? If i cant get unsweetened can i use kindirmo???

So I soaked 4 1/2 cups of the shinkafar tuwo. And take about 1/2 cup and cooked it. So you only need that 1/2 cup or even less. Yes the yogurt is plain yogurt (unsweetened) and of course kindurmo sounds good. The yogurt does a lot to the Sinasir honestly like it gives the Sinasir good taste and rise faster. You’re welcome ❤️
