    In front lever your forearms lats and core( Abs lower back and glutes) to keep your leg straight
    As an eccesory exercices to added to master front level are tuck leg front lever banded front level and machine pull over If you have accès to It
    Michael your exercice are mostly pulling how about some pushing skills ! I had like to know the cue for It and how to progressive overload the strenght for a straight arms scapular strenght

    Voce tem a tecnica e dicas otimas...segui suas dicas no bar muscle up e foi otimo( colocar votovelos para frente) . Aqui sua dica de imaginar os bracos tentando colocar a barravpara baixo ajuda muito em mentalizar o exercivio....parabens e de mais dicas, por exemplo, vomo fazer esste exercicio nas argolas? Tem um amigo que faz este exercício nas argolas segurando em 2 dedos.😮😮

      Just to say, this is an advanced calisthenics move and one of those that looks easier than it is. I've been training it as part of a program for maybe 2-3 years and I still can't do it with legs fully extended. I can hold it with one leg extended and my other leg knee bent towards my chest. These kinds of moves take literally years to master, unless you train only that one single move. Some people do that - just train handstand, or planche or whatever, every day. They progress in that one thing rapidly, but risk injury and definitely are not balanced overall. Keep at it!

      Thank you! I'm 75 now so, I've got about 20 more years to work on it in combination with my other routines. 😅
