So late to the party. But AAL is just unreal. I've had all their tunes on blast in my shop and can't stop. Their songs are like potato chips, you can't have just one.

Haha, when I saw them during Progressive Nation at Sea, there was this typical amarican mother sitting next to me in the theater(yes they played in a theater) and next to her was sitting this man with an "images and words" tattoo. I assumed she wend with her hustband to this cruise so I asked her, do you like this? She said: Ohhh yes!!! I love it all!

Probability the best song on any Sumerian Release. And to think Tosin sat on this song for years because it didn't sound "Animals as Leaders enough". Seriously this song is the tits.

The electronic melody starting at 2:15 is lovely -- it sounds sort of retro-80s (like an old TV show) but has that modern sheen to it too; love little mini-gems like that that hide themselves in songs/compositions

It's definitely not an organ... that is a digitally synthesized sound... They are referred to as Jazz metal because of the odd time signatures, syncopated rhythms, modal scales/runs, and heavy jazz influence they use, not the instruments they use
