I deleted all my social media so i could stop thinking about him . But suddenly he txts me “How are you gorgeous” after months, like he never left.
I didn’t even hesistate deleting it. But now Im even thinking about him more and i hate it.
Reason why your crush never initiates cause your crush never liked you in the first place. Ignoring your crush is the best solution but never give yourself the delusion shes going to start running back. Avoid your crush as much as possible and in time you will stop obsessing.
This rarely ever works, and if it does it brings consequences. If you find it hard to ignore your crush, just make a move.
You will think it won't work, but what if it does? If she doesn't likr you, you will experience heartbreak but at the end of the day you will stop thinking about them.

Tips i followed to reduce over obession about someone
1. Meditation and guided visualization meditation
2. Find a passion and working
3. Started to meet new people and started to interact more diversifying
4. Acknowledged and made peace with that i am obsessed with that person

Ik I went to a new school and decided to move seats and this guy came into class the next day and sat in the seat next to mine and I got so mad that I moved cause I thought he was kinda cute then that somehow made me start obsessing over him that day and to this day and I hate this 💀 two weeks ago I moved back and I’ve been happy sitting next to him LOL but then the actual teacher came back today and said she’s gonna move us around a bit and I wish I didn’t care but I wanna stay 😭😭 idk what’s wrong with me

Force yourself to think about something else as soon as they pop into your head, for as long as you can, (it won't be very long as first), but after a while, you'll wear a new pathway into that blob of cholesterol between your ears, and the switchover will get faster and easier.
Then you'll have a new obsession,so pick something that's good for you, or at least not actively bad.
What you think about is as much a habit as anything else.
[caveat: This works for me, but I don't claim to be normal]
Think that you are enjoying with different girl when she pops up in your head
I get busy taking care of me, doing things I love, spending quality time with my best friends or family members, and tending to responsibilities that need to get done.
This advice is gonne make us more think about the person because we will always be in the hope of tht person will think about us once we stop
The best thing we can do as women is level up our own lives and we will attract someone who isn’t a player

Kinda true. I was thinking a lot about someone but still didn't reach out at all. I managed to get rid of those thoughts but instead I felt as unemotional as a stone. That person reached out to me in my "stone state" being very sweet to me, while I felt it's too late for that kinda stuff. I hated feeling like a damn stone... So I'd rather stick to secretly thinking about that someone like all the time, which I'm back to now.
What helped me was when I watched a video where a girl said to give yourself permission to think about them all day, waste your energy and time. Just give yourself permission to allow someone to ruin your life. It worked. Took a little bit to work that pathway built in the brain but it did. If I have permission, it takes away the taboo of it. I guess anyway

I learned that the obsessive thinking is a sign of undiagnosed or under treated OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder ) mental illness. I take fluvoxamine and it works well to stop the obsessive thoughts

If he wasn’t thinking of me in the first place, I don’t want to make him think or do anything. A genuine love they will be thinking of each other, sometimes in moments they never expected and even when they try their hardest not to. You can be feminine without being a runner, being sweet patient kind open understanding and optimistic is a start. If it’s a chore or too hard for you to do that then you are not capable of loving at your highest or fullest and should stay single until you can either discover or rediscover these things about yourself.
