Sierra Valley scenic pan, June 15, 2024

I went on a bird walk with the Plumas Audubon Society. The birds were hiding well or otherwise far off in the distance, on the wing. But the wind was up and I wanted to check my "dead cat" microphone wind noise muffler. Seems to have worked well. Most of what you hear in terms of bird calls/song is the Yellow-headed Blackbird.
