- How well does our Zone caravan handle off-road?
After resting up at our free camp in Parachilna Gorge we continue on to Blinman via Glass gorge and stop in for lunch at the pub.
We test out our caravan's off-road capabilities on the way into camp at Chambers gorge before exploring on foot and discovering some indigenous rock carvings.
We absolutely fell in love with some of these less visited and less well-known areas of the South Australian Outback.

Hey Simon and Liz, love your vids, very down to earth and Aussie.
We're heading to the Flinders Ranges next year and are taking note of your recommendations. I've been a couple of times but none of the family have.
On thing we can't work out is, what is the green thing you've got stuffed in the grab handle of the A pillar??
(Not going to mention the music volume 😅😅)

Thanks for the feedback and for subscribing! You'll love the Flinders, we can't wait to get back. The device on the A pillar is a Personal Locator Beacon (PLB). I like to have it within easy reach in case we have an accident in a remote location. This position also makes it easy to access when outside the vehicle.

Loving your channel and watch every episode. If I could only make 1 suggestion??? Consider changing your theme track. I watch through our TV going to an audiophile quality hifi system and your opening theme music has quite a lot of distortion in it which does my head in. That track is also recorded very loud (or "hot"), so even though the volume may be the same when editing, it comes across as louder.

Great vid but a tip if I may : make the music the same volume as the voice content as I'm having to turn it up to hear you guys talk and then turn it down when the music comes on as you have it too loud bit like the commercials on TV are much louder than the show - just annoying. Enjoying the content though and looking to buy a Zone ourselves and do these types of trips so very interested.
