Love a lot of the tier 3 equipment. But I prefer the tier 1 thermometer, haha.

Tier 1 Thermometer and Tier 1 UV (Glow Stick) are king lol. Glow stick and Thermometer you don't have to wait AND neither of them are electronic equipment so you can hold the glowstick during a hunt to see

(you had mentioned it in the video) that Tier 3 salt keeping the ghost from leaving. If you're playing with evidence, just one bottle of salt will keep the ghost from trying to leave three different times. It gives you so much more time against super roamy ghosts to get the evidence pieces needed.
If you regularly play with evidence, imo tier 3 is pretty invaluable.
