@@chrisdeming9287 Like it used to be! In the previous century, there were seats like loungers in First Class, premium service and no scumballs to put up with. People used to be able to pay to be separate from the Riff Raff. As it should be. I don't want to be around "coach" type people.
@@ThePhilShow Last year I flew on the A350 in Delta One between Detroit and Amsterdam. Snagging a good price on a Delta plane equipped with the suite is near impossible, but the price tag I paid was excellent at just $2100 round trip including my flights to and from Austin (the entire itinerary was AUS-DTW-AMS). The seat was extremely private, the service was good, the food was excellent, and the lounges in Detroit were adequate. Spending 15 hours in the seat would be a dream, but unfortunately, my flights each way were only about 7 hours.
Unfortunately Delta only has just started offering Bluetooth in first class on some of their new a321 neos (not the plane featured in this video). The only seats I’ve flown with Bluetooth connectivity are United domestically and Air France’s new business class on their 777-300ER.
@shinobusensui9395 oh, yes you should definitely be able to. I’ve never had an issue with that as Bluetooth works for me even when in airplane mode and lacking Wi-Fi.
Yeah the seats are wider and have 5 inches of extra leg room and some extra recline. Nothing too crazy. Biggest differentiator in my opinion is the full hot dinner
One would think someone in First Class would have a remote controlled tray table instead of a pull out from the arm rest. Seems so economy. I just flew from Atlanta, GA to Ontario, CA and then Ontario, CA back to Atlanta, GA within these last two weeks. I was lucky to get an empty row of three seats (my seat included) at the back of the plane on my way to Ontario, CA. I was able to snag a full can of Coke in addition to the first go around of Coke and Garden Salsa Sun Chips. Delta has really good customer service over the other airlines. The t.v.s in first class do not look much different though.
Yes, even on the larger planes with lie-flat seats in first class the tray tables are usually pulled out manually. Remote controlled would be interesting. I’m glad you had a good flight experience on your trip. I totally agree that Delta’s customer service is top tier. I’ve been loving the garden salsa Sun Chips as a snack option recently!

Haha yes I think US airlines need to fix their classification on domestic flights to match the rest of the world.

What do you expect it to be like? Pods are impractical since most people won’t be sleeping. Most domestic flights are 3-4 hours max.
