- In this case, it will never even go into safe mode.
Power off the PS3, then hold down the power on key until the system has powered up three times. do not release the power key until the third power-up. the 1st power-up is normal mode (which is broken), and the 2nd is video reset mode (which won't help) but the 3rd will bypass the broken firmware and let you re-update.
That tutorial is for technicians and advanced users having a hardware flasher or a Teensy+.+2. It intended to restore a NOR console under "metldr.2" having been accidentally flashed via PS3Xploit (v1 or v2), causing a perma-brick. So for some CECH-25xxx, the CECH-3xxxx, and CECH-4xxxx NOR (for the 12GB CECH-4xxxx equipped with EMMC, no public tools are available yet to unbrick them.)

Hello, do you maybe have an Idea whats wrong with my xbox one. When i turn it on it shuts down after 10-30min. I checked it with other APU and still the same. I checked another front panel and it still shuts down and you can hear the beep. There is also no dust in there its very clean and it is not warm or hot.

I made a nor dump of a ps3 fat and in the list it said BAD Data match check, I thought it wouldn't be a problem so I recorded it on the chip, now the ps3 turns on and is stuck in the green light, can you tell me if there's a way to fix it somehow ?
Great tutorial! How did you get a hold of the OFW 4.90? I have a bricked CECH-4301C (unable to boot safe mode) that needs some patching on a terrible dump. I've looked everywhere I could, but found nothing. Thank you! :)
To perform the same process, you must use the CosOFW490.bin patch.

You have to check it with TTL UART.
