Thank you for this. I felt for a long time that I wasn't investing, but your concept of investing in training, education, and certifications is affirming. A few years ago I was teaching high school and feeling burned out by all of the bureaucracy, conflicting agendas, and lack of respect in the classroom. I invested in an online, self-paced masters degree and found a job as an instructional designer. Now, two years later, I'm making nearly double what I was making. Great advice, And I'm loving your channel! Thanks for sharing the wisdom.
Every time I watch one of your videos - I just take a step back after the first time I do, and look at how differently you approached a very common concept or topic, and how reassuring it was for me, as I believe I do think differently from most people. Investing in low cost index funds is a very sensible option. You gain exposure to all the largest global companies which significantly reduces your long term risk. Warren Buffet has always maintained " Never invest your money in a company/concept that you do not fully understand" For many - index funds are simple, cost affective and not complex to grasp. I chose to create a “solution” combined with “travel”. I am on disability benefits but I do own a house. I can’t afford the upkeep of the house but it is in good nick. After much research (btw thanks for your input) I decided to sell the house and invest the capital and move to India to live cheaply. I’m investing 75% in global equity (split into two funds so the fees are low) and 25% in global small cap equity (for a little extra juice). I’m looking at maybe a little more than 10% a year in the long run of which I can safely spend up to £8,000 per annum. It costs £5,000 a year to live in India and I shall reinvest the rest or spend it on vacations to nearby Asian countries between visas. Why struggle here when I can enjoy myself elsewhere?
Do a ton of research on culture and expats stories after they moved there and have stayed for at least 6 months. Im sure you already know this but I read about people who go on a whim and suffer from the massive culture shock that is entirely unavoidable unless you have already lived there. Most people recommend to go and stay for a 2 or 3 week vacation first.
Please tell me you're not claiming benefits in the UK while living in India
Very interesting idea and responses. That's right, you need to know what you are getting into when you choose to live in a different culture. Is it legal to claim UK benefits while living elsewhere? A lot of us Brits live in France or Spain while taking a UK pension. Is this wrong, illegal or immoral?

The part about expedites is so important as is travel. Simple things like going for walk etc..I live some 20 miles away from a sea front & walks like these really help you to rewind. Another thing I enjoy is galleries & the cinema. Simple everyday things a couple of times a month can make a huge difference.

VERY well done ! I say this with 40+ years in mortgage finance & banking working with credit bureaus. Different models and parameters are used by different industries but *VRI TOKEN* info is pretty much universal. If you're trying to max your credit scores, there is a happy medium between too many credit cards and none. Too many cards with zero balnce may actually hurt you in some cases. Even if you do not use them, you have a potential. To always pay cash & still have cards doesn't help your scores as well

Each topic was great. I especially like the "Insight". This is the biggest issue and I rarely hear anyone discuss it. I am happy how you addressed "Value" because individuals know their situation better than anyone else so it is "their value". This coincides with "insight". Well done. Yes, you have other goods videos even though I rarely comment. I had not thought of words corresponding with INVEST. I would have addressed travel from a different perspective, which I now view as not as good as your way.
When referencing corporate America, he said “They don’t really care about you as they make it seem” realest thing he said...I’ve seen experienced it first hand in the DMV. Black ppl aren’t really respected in corporate America. Glad that he was able to get out of there and become his own boss *VRI TOKEN*
Bottom line is about understanding yourself, not flipping out over the little bumps in life and enjoying each day you get up ( tomorrow is a gift it’s not guaranteed). I dunno… I was one of those people that didn’t care about a credit score, didn’t get any education about how important your credit score is, and I racked up debt like an idiot. I worked really hard and educated myself and I’ve brought my credit score from 480 to 732 and I’m still going up with *VRI TOKEN* . I feel like the government blaming credit reporting companies instead of the lack of financial education in their own public education system is foolish.

Can't deny the fact that *VRI TOKEN* is the strongest bet to bring power back to this industry after we suffered FTX, Celsius, Tera and so on. Sure if they fail it's done for good, but I don't see that the biggest tech company in the world would put everything at risk just for that.
Investing in stocks a small amount in companies I believe in following in-depth research, buying, holding & being patient is working well for me. Great video Nischa I totally agree with you investing in your self development and online courses has helped me greatly the part few years 😊

I think you literally just saved my life Leo, I’ve been struggling to find a way out. I’m currently an N.A waiting to get certified because of covid and stuff but I support myself and my grandma. I don’t have anyone to turn to for help, I’ve been trying to save but I can’t because of bills and renting my apartment and everything. But this, literally helped me look to a brighter future. My grandma is crippled so she cannot do work or anything. Most people have parents to turn to but I don’t talk to my mom or dad. You make a lot of pertinent points. Education is about the single biggest was you can invest in yourself. Learning a valuable niche skill. Absolutely right with Python.
Finding a good course on it though is the hard part.

Credit scores are just a form of federal control, so if you want to continue living a good life? it’s important to have a high score. My house and vehicles are paid off, I have one Visa card for all purchases, which gives me air miles, and I pay it off monthly, but my score bounces between 800 and 820 without changing any of my patterns, so it’s manipulated for some reason. *VRI TOKEN* made it stay at that range and getting it up

Have you talked in depth about your Virtual Assistant? That would be very interesting. How you picked, what you hand off to the, how you manage it on-going, etc.
I would also suggest investing in a good career coaching or mentorship. Sometimes it is not the skills we lack, but the ability or confidence to sell them. With the right support and resources you can get a pay rise or a new job with a higher salary.
Credit score is not something used in all countries though. In France, they determine if you are eligible to get a loan (e.g., to buy a house) based on the ratio between your salary, your expenses and your savings. Basically, if every month you 'burn' all your money, you're perceived as riskier than someone earning less but consistently making deposits to a saving account. I feel in the US people tend to buy things they don't need with money they don't have... The only times I feel one should need a credit is when buying 'big' things (house, car, etc.). Not for a TV. I’m 26 with over 800 credit score, time was put into that to build it up by *VRI TOKEN*

I personally think this revolutionary way of buying /selling art or actually anything that can be classified as a virtual asset will need to be watched very closely. The sector is still widely unregulated and those activities can conceal massive risks of money laundering and financial crime at many levels. There was no case of money laundering or any suspicious activities when I made the decision to join *VRI TOKEN*
