I like the part where they fixed America with a Pepsi, I think that one moment really defines their complex and intense, yet beautiful relationship.
I somehow walked myself into the middle of a gang war. Bullets whizzed by me as I clenched my 36 pack of Pepsi cola close to my chest. A stray bullet struck the box and burst open 4 cans.
Everything around me stopped. The yelling, the gunfire.. as everyone looked as the perfectly good and refreshing Pepsi cola drip from the box. Everyone came over to pay respects, I gave everyone a can and we poured some for the fallen...
Then we all went out to the strip club and the gangs dissolved and we were all friends.

So I've been rewatching Eddy's videos and I just realized that the cellist dude carries his cello into the protest?? I'm in orchestra and even though I'm a violinist I know that that would be super inconvenient and heavy to carry for an entire protest. Like, why? What's the point? Also a musician's instrument is like their child. I don't think I'd ever carry my violin into a protest unless I was playing at it bUT THE MAN NEVER PLAYS HIS CELLO

I know this video and the kerfuffle surrounding the ad are a year old, but I'm gonna comment this anyway. Should check out the famous Coke commercial from the '70s if you haven't seen/heard of it before. I learned about it in an art history class last semester oddly enough. It was all about diversity and peace, with a super memorable song about everyone sharing Cokes together and getting along. That worked out a lot better than this disgrace from Pepsi. The Coke ad is considered one of the best commercials ever; ask anyone that was around during the '70s and they'll remember it. People won't remember this Pepsi ad for much longer, and if they do, it's just to remember how much of a flop it was.
