INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE:
180 gr buckwheat.
1 teaspoon of salt.
2 onions
Olive oil.
1 carrot.
3 eggs.
Dried garlic.
400 gr mushrooms.
1 zucchini.
2 cherry tomatoes.
Paprika.
Turmeric.
100 ml cream.
1. Rinse 180 g of buckwheat with water, transfer to a saucepan.
2. Pour in water and cook until soft.
3. Finely chop 1 onion and fry in olive oil for 2 minutes.
4. Coarsely grate 1 carrot and fry with onions for 2 minutes.
5. Mix vegetables with buckwheat.
6. Break 3 eggs, salt, add dried garlic and beat with a blender.
7. Make cutlets and fry on both sides in olive oil.
8. Finely chop 1 onion and fry in olive oil.
9. Coarsely grate 1 carrot and fry with onions.
10. Finely chop 400 g of mushrooms and fry with vegetables.
11. Coarsely chop 1 zucchini, 2 cherry tomatoes and fry with vegetables.
12. Add paprika, turmeric and mix well.
13. Salt, add 100 ml of cream and cook for 5 minutes.
14. Blend vegetables with a blender.
Delicious buckwheat cutlets with fragrant vegetable cream sauce are ready! Enjoy the taste, bon appetit!

well, nice 👍 video clip with a lot of efforts to make it step by step! Appreciated. To motivate my kids I utilized this concept for veggie burger patties and they loved it. What used instead of carrot is sweet potatoes + black beans + a teaspoon tapioca (to give it a more realistic color compared to beef patties) and for the sauce I added avocado. Overall great 👍 thanks 🙏 for sharing it & looking forward to see more recipes
