undoubtly, this is the best song, in terms of, message and supreme acknowledgement, of who we are and what we go through. Also like Dr Sid black jacket, cap , glasses, and swag.

When my son died, I played and danced this song by his corpse as we switched off the life support machine. I refuse to mourn but to thank God even in the worst situation. This song captured my praise and so this song is a special song for me and my family. I have started this channel to talk about that life changing experience. Thank you Tiwa and Dr Sid for making this song. It gave me words when my eloquence ceased in the face of the death that claimed my son. But I am thankful for all of God’s blessings. Adupe lowo Jesu Christi 🙏

As a non Nigerian I will; like to say a BIG THANK YOU TO ALL AFRICAN ARTIST but especially NIGERIAN ARTIST , you don't have an idea how happy you guys have made us all africans happy in the past 10 yrs. Nowadays all african music is All i listen to . I dont even put on american fm radio anymore. I got all african music playing in my car 24/7. I have even introduce this to my non african friends. I am so proud to be african. I hold my head high in public as i listen to our songs. One does not need to understand the language to understand. Music is Universal.

This is my favourite video. How underrated the scenes of domestic violence, underrepresentation of certain demographics and how even the overlooked find joy in themselves.
The imagery of domestic violence has not left my mind since the video came. The defeat and shame evident in the woman as she struggles to veil the nakedness of her abuse from the whole world. Prostate, defeated. The absolute disconnection of her abuser from her struggles, his minded addled by drugs and alcohol. He does not care about anything or anyone but himself and his capacity to loose himself in the illicit substances he consumes.
The saddest part of it all is that when justice finds the abuser, and his drugs were not there to spare him from the terror of the law, the abused woman is not there to witness her liberation. Probably dead at the hands of the abuser.

This video is esoteric in its vision spirit and message. For those who can hear, listen, for those who have sight, look. Are you awake to who we are yet? my African brothers and sisters, wake up, the horn has sounded. Our divine being is stirring, our destiny is manifest, embrace it. If I start to talk.

first impression? MIND BLOWN!! the lyrics of this track make sense, the rhythm is engaging and the video? Wow! The imagery is not only beautiful but different scenes come together to tell different stories. For me, its about the cycle of marriage; the rush to fulfill the "I'm married' dream", the pressure to get preggers, the small fights and disagreements and the point when reality starts to set in. As always, I like the proudly Nigerian references and the subtle taste of our home grown crops and attires. (*this is me ignoring that not so Nigerian money*) all in all, good music, great song!

yeah that and the 'west is better' mentality. Having access to foreign currency is like an " I have made it" symbol. Hard as it may be, we need to be proud of the Naira as well. Give it an emotional value when all else fails.

Ok you helped her but if she wasn't talented she won't be where she is today.. Music market is not like Nollywood dat u sleep with producers to get role and even in Nollywood self if u like sleep with thousand of producers, if you don't have that acting prowess you won't last long too. Abeg tiwa relax and enjoy your hard work.. Teebliz is a looser. Fine ,respectful, calm and homely gal like this Na e u wan useless .. Leave and see how many men will still come ,they will even love her more and provide for her. I just dey vex

Love the African beat, the drums, love the powerful imagery, the all female band behind you, the significance of it...... Coincidentally , opening up about your marriage was courageous and it touched me so greatly, so many women are going through the same thing but they are silent and scared. Let the pain go and live your life. You are amazingly talented, that is a gift from God, everything you lost will come back 100 fold.
